02:17This comes amid reports that the International Criminal Court is about to issue an arrest
02:20warrant for Rodrigo Duterte as the court investigates alleged crimes against humanity
02:25committed in his violent war on drugs.
02:30Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon announces the immediate dismissal of three airport personnel
02:34involved in a Tanimbala incident at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport last week.
02:39This is in reaction to passenger Ruth Adel's social media post about her experience at
02:44the airport on March 6 before her flight to Vietnam.
02:48She says security personnel approached her to check her luggage even though she had already
02:51passed security.
02:53The security personnel claimed they found an anting-anting bullet in her bag.
02:57Adel said she thought it was a prank because the personnel made inconsistent statements
03:01and kept laughing about the situation.
03:04Dizon also warrants DOTR employees to remain professional.
03:18DOTR Undersecretary Jim Sidionco and Administrator Arthur Bisnar are instructed to review the
03:26screening procedures and protocols at airports.
03:31Former central banker Mark Carney wins the race to lead Canada's Liberal Party and will
03:35replace Justin Trudeau as Prime Minister.
