Following it's closure the iconic public house is set to become a Chai Shai restaurant.

00:14But after standing empty for months, it has been rebranded.
00:20The old signs of Clark's Brewery, which the pub was named after its owner, Henry Boone's,
00:27are being chipped away to make way as the pub gets a new lease of life
00:34under the guise of Chai Shai Restaurant.
00:38After a quick peek through the window, you can see artificial plant panels
00:44covering up the 200-year-old pub's interior.
00:50Henry Boone's had once been popular back in its heyday,
00:55but following the pandemic, it came to be another empty pub that was forced to close.
