Britain's 'wonkiest pub' was on fire on Saturday (August 5)- just weeks after thousands signed a petition to save it from permanent closure.
The Crooked House pub in the village of Himley, Dudley, West Mids., was sold last month and permanently closed after 192 years of trading. After the fire, the remaining structure was demolished and there's a joint investigation by police, fire service and the council in Staffordshire now.
