01:01This is a special edition of ARYQ TV on women's religious education and reformation.
01:07The title of the program is,
01:09Religion and Women.
01:11It is an honor for me to present this to you.
01:18Religion and Women.
01:21The thing is that women are delicate.
01:26And their temperament is also like that.
01:30We all know that.
01:32So there is sensitivity in the temperament.
01:34And there is also some delicacy.
01:36But this sensitivity increases to the extent that
01:40Obviously, if any work is seen to be difficult for my sister, my mother, a woman,
01:50Whether it is the education of a son or a daughter,
01:53Or the promotion of a husband,
01:55Whether there is any problem in the house,
01:59The solution is that the mannat is accepted.
02:02So she immediately accepts the mannat.
02:04Now this mannat, which is called Nazar in Arabic,
02:07Its command is present in the Qur'an.
02:09But the scholars guide us in this regard.
02:13There are clear commandments in the Shariah.
02:17So accept the mannat later.
02:19Then you yourself,
02:21That is, you consider that the Jinn of worship are doing some work on themselves,
02:26Which the Shariah has not made obligatory on you.
02:28That is, you are accepting the Shariah.
02:31Then if you have not completed it,
02:33Then we should also know its commands.
02:35And then this is not a permanent practice.
02:38We have already done programs in this regard.
02:40Then the sister is also accepting the Urfi mannat.
02:42That is, to put the sheets on the shrine of the elders.
02:45That is, anything is attributed to the things of the elders of the religion.
02:48And they make it obligatory on themselves.
02:51Which is not required by Shariah.
02:53And there is no status of Shariah.
02:55Even if you do not complete it,
02:57Then no command does not apply to you.
02:59But the permissible mannat, the Shariah mannat,
03:01We should know about it.
03:03We should know about the Kaffar.
03:05Which is the mannat that is necessary to be fulfilled.
03:08So today we are again present with this topic.
03:11That is, we will learn, understand and know the commands of mannat.
03:16Our favorite scholars are present with us.
03:19Jannab Salaam says,
03:21Both of them, with the argument of the Quran and Hadith,
03:24Talk beautifully in general terms.
03:27Scholar Sobia Shakir and Scholar Sadaf Parveen.
03:31Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
03:34Waalaikumussalam Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
03:36Are you both well?
03:37Alhamdulillah.
03:38MashaAllah. May Allah keep you safe and blessed.
03:41And Jannab, the permanent part of our program,
03:44Our mentor,
03:46MashaAllah,
03:48Your intellectual, intellectual, reformative discussion is special.
03:52In fact, I think it is special for you.
03:55And I think that your arguments,
03:59And your beneficial discussion,
04:02Is a great asset for all of us.
04:04We salute you.
04:06And I welcome Sheikhul Hadith,
04:09Ustazul Ulama, Mufti Muhammad Ahsan Naveed Khan Niazi,
04:13His son-in-law, Fuyuduhum, on Beep.
04:16Assalamualaikum.
04:17Waalaikumussalam Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
04:20How are you?
04:21Alhamdulillah.
04:23MashaAllah. May Allah keep you safe and blessed.
04:26Scholars, I would like to start the discussion with you.
04:31Scholar Sobia Shakir.
04:33We call you Tawaiba,
04:35And sometimes we call you Sobia,
04:37Because you like to listen to Sobia more.
04:39What is the meaning of Nazar-o-Mannat?
04:41What are its meanings?
04:43And what is its definition?
04:45I would like you to explain the Shari'a definition.
04:47I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
04:49In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
04:51Mannat is called Nazar in Arabic.
04:53And its literal meaning is to impose something on yourself.
04:56Yes.
04:57So in the Shari'a,
05:00And a person who has not been forced to do something,
05:03To do something for him,
05:06This is called Mannat.
05:08And then there are two types of it.
05:10One is Mannat-e-Urfi and the other is Mannat-e-Shara'i.
05:12As you said in the intro.
05:14So first I would like to explain the detail of Mannat-e-Shara'i.
05:17Then we will talk about Mannat-e-Urfi.
05:19Mannat-e-Shara'i is actually
05:21When a person imposes on himself
05:23That worship,
05:25The worship of Maqsoodah,
05:27Like Namaz, Zakat, etc.
05:29So in this way, he imposes Sadqa on himself.
05:31Now there are two forms in this.
05:33Either he does Maulak with something,
05:35That is, he imposes his Mannat.
05:37Or he imposes something on himself
05:39Without any condition,
05:41Without Maqsood or without Maulak.
05:43He imposes some worship on himself.
05:45Now, for example,
05:47If he has done Maulak,
05:49Mannat or Nazar,
05:51Then he does this,
05:53Like if the patient gets better,
05:55Then he will read the Quran,
05:57Or he will fast.
05:59So in this, it is said that
06:01When his condition is fulfilled,
06:03Then it is necessary to perform worship on him.
06:05If he does not perform,
06:07Then he will be a sinner.
06:09So now it is necessary and necessary for him.
06:11Therefore, if someone did this to him,
06:13That he did worship first,
06:15The condition was found later,
06:17So now it will be necessary for him to perform worship again.
06:19After this,
06:21Mannat-e-Ghaire Maulak,
06:23In this, it is said that
06:25No matter what time or place,
06:27Even if it is specified,
06:29Then it is not necessary to
06:31Take care of that time and place.
06:33For example,
06:35I will fast for the sake of Allah,
06:37Or I have to fast every Friday for the sake of Allah.
06:39Or I have accepted the Mannat
06:41That I will fast every Friday.
06:43Or if he has done it any day,
06:45Then he can fast any day of the week.
06:47And with this, his Mannat will be fulfilled.
06:49Now, Mannat-e-Urfi,
06:51Some people say Mannat-e-Urfi,
06:53For example, elders
06:55Assume from religion that
06:57They will put a sheet on their shrine
06:59Or food will be fed.
07:01So it is permissible to do this.
07:03But it is not compulsory to fulfill it.
07:05Although it is better.
07:07Now I will point to one such thing,
07:09In fact, I will mention it clearly,
07:11Which is very well known among our sisters.
07:13That is the story of the story of
07:15The story of ten wives.
07:17It has no status.
07:19In fact, it should be avoided.
07:21Because about these blessed people,
07:23Wrong things have been attributed
07:25And stated in these false stories.
07:27Which should not be heard at all.
07:29And should stay away from it.
07:31Ten wives should be scared.
07:33Those who have not heard,
07:35Their house burned down.
07:37Yes, telling false stories
07:39And making it a part of the Shariah
07:41This is an extreme violation of the Shariah.
07:43And such people should worry about their afterlife.
07:45So this was a brief detail of some Mannat.
07:47I hope that in the future programs,
07:49Its Shariah rules will also be stated.
07:51So you are saying that
07:53All the Mannat will be Shariah.
07:55And permissible.
07:57But those who do not need to fulfill
07:59Those are Urfi Mannat,
08:01But they are also permissible as Shariah.
08:03And the stories that you have told,
08:05They have no Shariah status.
08:07And in the Quran,
08:09In Furqan-e-Hameed,
08:11The Zikr of the gaze,
08:13In what words has it come?
08:15In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
08:17In the Quran,
08:19The Zikr of the gaze has come in different places.
08:21Like in Surah Baqarah,
08:23Ayat number 270.
08:25In this, Allah Almighty says,
08:33No doubt, whatever you spend,
08:35Or whatever you consider a gaze,
08:37Allah Almighty knows it.
08:39Similarly,
08:41In Surah Aal-e-Imran,
08:43Allah Almighty says,
08:49When Imran's wife said,
08:59O Lord,
09:01I believe that
09:03The children in my womb,
09:05They are free for You.
09:07So accept it from me.
09:13No doubt,
09:15You are the One who hears and knows.
09:17Similarly,
09:19Allah Almighty said,
09:25When you see a man,
09:27Say to him,
09:29I will not speak on this day,
09:31Because I have
09:33For the Lord of Mercy,
09:35A fast of prayer,
09:37For the Lord of Mercy.
09:39I will not speak to anyone.
09:41This is mentioned.
09:43Similarly, in Surah Hajj,
09:45Ayat number 29, Allah Almighty says,
09:49And they should fulfill their vows.
09:51So,
09:53Allah Almighty has mentioned
09:55The gaze in different places.
09:57There are more verses of the Quran,
09:59But let's stop here.
10:01MashaAllah, SubhanAllah.
10:03For the mercy of all of us,
10:05Our mentor, our teacher is present.
10:07Let's go to him.
10:09Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.
10:11Huzoor,
10:13These two questions,
10:15The definition of the gaze,
10:17The meanings, the meanings,
10:19And how is it mentioned in the Quran?
10:21Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
10:23Sallallahu ala Habibihi Muhammadin wa ala alihi wa sahbihi wa baraka wa sallam.
10:25We keep saying this
10:27Time and time again,
10:29One thing,
10:31Allah Almighty
10:33Did not make it obligatory on you,
10:35So you should not make it obligatory on yourself.
10:37Some people have a habit
10:39That they keep repeating the mannat.
10:41So, repeating the mannat,
10:43Repeating the mannat,
10:45Is not a good thing.
10:47By the way, it is permissible to repeat the mannat.
10:49And repeating the mannat
10:51Is proven by the companions of the Holy Prophet.
10:53It is also proven by some elders.
10:55But their way of repeating the mannat
10:57Is sometimes a failure.
10:59The second thing is that
11:01They were holy people.
11:03They were pious people.
11:05They had complete control over their souls.
11:07They had complete control over their souls.
11:09So, if they used to believe in something,
11:11They used to do it wholeheartedly.
11:13They had the power,
11:15Ability,
11:17And they used to do it wholeheartedly.
11:19And they used to do it wholeheartedly.
11:21Whereas, when we see in our society,
11:23Right now,
11:25It is the time of Qurb-e-Qiyamah.
11:27People do not have that kind of power.
11:29They do not have that kind of power.
11:31And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:33And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:35And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:37And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:39And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:41And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:43And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:45And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:47And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:49And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:51And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:53And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:55And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:57And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
11:59And then there is a tendency towards good deeds.
12:01But when you have accepted it,
12:03it is necessary to fulfill it.
12:05It is obligatory.
12:07If you do not fulfill it,
12:09you will commit a sin.
12:11So, always keep in mind
12:13that can this work be done
12:15without accepting a prayer?
12:17And whether I am accepting this prayer or not,
12:19can I fulfill this prayer or not?
12:21It is not like that,
12:23I am saying it with enthusiasm
12:25that I will read 100 Nafl on this.
12:27Later, I feel that how will I read 100 Nafl?
12:29A person for whom it is difficult
12:31to read Namaz for 5 times,
12:33he can read 100 Nafl.
12:35He can accept a prayer every few days.
12:37If this wish of mine is fulfilled,
12:39then I will read 100 Nafl.
12:41If this patient is fine,
12:43then I will read 100 Nafl.
12:45If I fulfill this wish of mine,
12:47then I will read 100 Nafl.
12:49If you take so many prayers on yourself
12:51and then you will not be able to fulfill it,
12:53then surely the sins and sins
12:55will have a negative effect.
12:57Accepting a prayer is a sin.
12:59It was permissible to accept a prayer,
13:01but you did not fulfill it.
13:03So that sin is permanently your responsibility
13:05until you are not fulfilling that prayer.
13:07Or in the cases where you have to give
13:09forgiveness for a prayer,
13:11you are not giving it.
13:13So permanently that sin is a negative effect.
13:15Then that negative effect is also visible
13:17in matters of family problems,
13:19in other things,
13:21and then you say,
13:23I don't know what happened,
13:25I am not fulfilling my duty.
13:27So that sin is a negative effect.
13:29So it should be kept in mind
13:31before accepting a prayer.
13:33Subhanallah, Subhanallah.
13:35Don't think that someone has said something.
13:37Think that you have done something yourself.
13:39Keep an eye on your matters
13:41and be sensitive in matters of religion.
13:43Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
13:45Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.
13:47Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
13:49In religion and family,
13:51you all have a good priority.
13:53We are learning Shari'ah
13:55from the point of view of
13:57observation and prayer.
13:59Our teacher,
14:01our mentor,
14:03is guiding us directly.
14:05Let's go to him.
14:07Yes, Huzoor.
14:09I was saying that
14:11one should not make
14:13frequent prayers.
14:15One should first see
14:17the taste and interest
14:19of one's strength,
14:21so that one can perform it easily.
14:23If it is necessary to make a prayer,
14:25or if you have a strong desire
14:27to make a prayer,
14:29then make a prayer that
14:31you can easily fulfill.
14:33For making a prayer,
14:35it is necessary to say
14:37the words with the tongue.
14:39It is necessary to say the words
14:41with the tongue.
14:43It is not possible to make a prayer
14:45with the intention
14:47and intention only in the heart.
14:49For example,
14:51I have made a vow that
14:53I will offer so many Nawafil
14:55and keep so many fasts.
14:57It is not possible to make a prayer
14:59with the intention
15:01and intention only in the heart.
15:03In order to declare a prayer,
15:05it is necessary to say the words
15:07with the tongue.
15:09You should say the words
15:11with the tongue
15:13that are compelling.
15:15It is necessary to say the words
15:17with the tongue
15:19that are compelling.
15:21It is necessary to say the words
15:23with the tongue.
15:25It is not possible to make a prayer
15:27with the intention
15:29and intention only in the heart.
15:31If someone has made a vow
15:33with the intention
15:35and intention only in the heart
15:37to make a prayer,
15:39then it is not necessary
15:41to make a prayer
15:43with the intention
15:45and intention only in the heart.
15:47If someone has made a vow
15:49with the intention
15:51and intention only in the heart
15:53to make a prayer,
15:55then it is not necessary
15:57to make a prayer
15:59with the intention
16:01and intention only in the heart.
16:03If someone has made a vow
16:05with the intention
16:07and intention only in the heart,
16:09then it is not necessary
16:11to make a prayer
16:13with the intention
16:15and intention only in the heart.
16:17It is not necessary
16:19to make a prayer
16:21with the intention
16:23and intention only in the heart.
16:25It is not necessary
16:27to make a prayer
16:29with the intention
16:31and intention only in the heart.
16:33It is not necessary
16:35to make a prayer
16:37with the intention
16:39and intention only in the heart.
16:41When we give food
16:43to someone
16:45or serve cold water
16:47or juice to someone
16:49or cook something
16:51then we say
16:53that it is a blessing
16:55of Imam Hussain.
16:57But the blessing
16:59of Imam Hussain
17:01does not mean
17:03that the blessing
17:05of Imam Hussain
17:07is real.
17:09It does not mean
17:11that the blessing
17:13of Imam Hussain
17:15is real.
17:17It does not mean
17:19that the blessing
17:21of Imam Hussain
17:23is real.
17:25It does not mean
17:27that the blessing
17:29of Imam Hussain
17:31is real.
17:33It does not mean
17:35that the blessing
17:37of Imam Hussain
17:39is real.
18:07SubhanAllah.
18:27SubhanAllah.
18:33SubhanAllah.
18:37Assalam-o-Alaikum.
18:39Assalam-o-Alaikum.
18:41Assalam-o-Alaikum.
18:43What is your name?
18:45I am Rukhsana.
18:49You are my favorite.
18:53Thank you very much.
18:55You are our favorite.
18:57What do you want to ask?
18:59I want to ask
19:01that
19:03please give me
19:05a spiritual treatment.
19:07I have got my hair sprayed
19:09but it is not getting over.
19:11Please give me a spiritual treatment.
19:13Secondly,
19:15can Hajj and Umrah
19:17be done with
19:19only sisters
19:21or uncle and aunt?
19:23Where is the scope of this?
19:25Many sisters
19:27go with their brothers
19:29and they are also
19:31respected cousins.
19:33The first question is
19:35that if a person
19:37has drunk alcohol
19:39and forced himself
19:41to go to a function
19:43or a wedding
19:45then people
19:47are not allowing him
19:49to enter the mosque.
19:51Even if he repents,
19:53he is not allowed
19:55to enter the mosque.
19:57Yes.
19:59The third question is
20:01that
20:03is it only after Hajj
20:05that a person is free from
20:07all sins?
20:09Or is it only after Umrah
20:11and Hajj?
20:13Kindly please give me an answer.
20:15Thank you very much.
20:17Thank you very much.
20:19You called us from Faisalabad
20:21and I have noted
20:23your questions.
20:25God willing, they will be included.
20:27I will listen to you.
20:29Is there a concept of
20:31Nazr-e-Mannat in Shariah?
20:33Yes.
20:35A while ago,
20:37a verse was mentioned
20:39and in that verse
20:41there was a mention of
20:43Mannat.
20:45I would like to explain
20:47a verse in Surah Al-Imran,
