00:40Getting here early can be a massive benefit, finding the best space on the beach, easiest parking spaces and making the most of a full day here.
00:47For people driving in, it can be a bit of a long journey if you don't live close by, as it's half an hour or so at least away from Cardiff itself.

01:17and the station is literally a two-minute walk to the beach.
01:20The train's running every half an hour from Cardiff Central from the early morning until 6pm, and then hourly after that until midnight.
01:27It's a really simple way of getting to the beach.
01:30The last train back home to Cardiff is just before 11, so you can have a proper full day if you want to stay here that late.
01:37When you get here, there's so many food and drink options, the fun fair, the beach, mini golf and some nice walks up the coast.
