00:41with China on a union shoal for the resupply of daily necessities and rotation missions
00:46to the BRP Sierra Madre.
00:48The move aims to bring tensions down and avoid confrontations between Philippine and Chinese
00:53Fisher Folk and Coast Guards in the contested waters.
