00:00Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ala alihi wa sahbihi wa sallim
00:15Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. Allah ta'barak wa ta'ala.
00:18We begin with the purest name of Allah, who is most Merciful, most Compassionate.
00:24The series of Dars-e-Bukhari continues and in the previous program, we had mentioned Hadith-e-Pakh, number 2491.
00:31Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates,
00:36and his slave was Nafi'i. He heard this from Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar and narrated it. Keep this in mind.
00:43Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar narrates that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
00:48The person who has freed his share from the common slave and has enough wealth,
00:55which is equal to the value of a pious person, then that slave will be freed.
01:01Otherwise, the same share of that slave will be freed as much as he has freed.
01:08So, we explained to you that sometimes the slaves used to be common,
01:11that two people together bought one slave, so the slave became common in both of them.
01:16One day he will serve one master, and the next day he will serve another master.
01:21And if one person, for example, frees his share of the slave,
01:26then one day he will be free and one day he will serve another master.
01:31Now, there is a third situation, which is not explained here, but it is the same situation.
01:37That is, one person freed his share, and the other person says,
01:43I will also free you at that time, but when you give me the value of my share.
01:52Now the question arises, how much will that slave be worth?
01:57For example, leave the purchase price, now the current situation is about that.
02:03Then it will be that first of all, the value of the slave will be equal to that of a pious person.
02:12For example, if the price is 100,000, now one party has already freed,
02:17when it is 100,000, then it means that he has paid 50,000 himself.
02:21Now, if the slave wants freedom, then he will give 50,000 to the other party, then he will be free.
02:27So, how will the price of 100,000 be applied?
02:30In the same way, a pious person will inform about it.
02:34This is just intended to state that he will be given a price before freedom or before sharing,
02:42and after that he will be freed. This is necessary.
02:46The reason is that slaves used to have different attributes.
02:51Some are pious, some are pious, some are corrupt and immoral, some are very intelligent, some are stupid,
02:57some are an expert in many skills, others were not like this, so it will be necessary to give a price for it.
03:02The second hadith is related to this. It is the 2492nd hadith.
03:07Hazrat Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, is the narrator of this hadith.
03:11He narrates from the Prophet that the Prophet said,
03:15The person who has freed his share from his possessor,
03:20then it is necessary that he should free the slave from his wealth.
03:26So, if he does not have wealth, then the price of that slave will be determined with justice.
03:32Then it will be said to him that he should earn and pay the price of the other partner,
03:38but no hard work will be put on it.
03:41So, see, it has become more clear from this hadith that if one has forgiven his share,
03:46then if he wants the slave to be completely free,
03:51then he should give the rest of the wealth to his partner.
03:55He has freed his share.
03:57He should give the rest of the value of the slave and get the slave completely free.
04:02And it is necessary that he should know the value of the slave present for him.
04:07And suppose if this person does not have wealth and he wants to be free,
04:12then the slave will be made responsible to give the rest of the value to the other partner
04:18and you will be completely free, provided that there is no hard work for the slave.
04:25So, this is not from the perspective of today's era.
04:28This is from the perspective of the first era.
04:30Let's see further.
04:34Will the Qur'an be divided?
04:382493 is a pure hadith.
04:41It is narrated from Hazrat Nu'man bin Bashir, may Allah be pleased with him.
04:46He says that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
04:50Whoever does not exceed the limits of Allah,
04:55and whoever exceeds the limits of Allah,
04:59their example is as if some people boarded a ship.
05:05Do not exceed the limits of Allah,
05:09i.e. the limitations set by Allah and the Prophet,
05:12you should not do this.
05:14And you have to do this, but if you go beyond this, it will be wrong.
05:19So, it is forbidden to leave all work,
05:23and only do what is permissible,
05:27and if it is not permissible, then we will say that this is within the limits.
05:33He has not exceeded the limits.
05:35And whoever goes beyond the limits,
05:37i.e. gets involved in the disobedience of Allah,
05:39or gets involved in the lawful things,
05:43like he is doing business,
05:45he has started earning money by setting wrong conditions in it,
05:48in which in the spiritual sense, it has become interest and gambling.
05:51So, the business was permissible,
05:53but he set these conditions and did things,
05:55then he will be called one who goes beyond the limits.
05:58The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, says,
06:00There will be two groups in this world.
06:03One is those people who never go beyond the limits,
06:06and the other is those who go beyond the limits.
06:09Now, what is the example of both of them?
06:11The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, says,
06:14Their example is such that some people boarded a ship,
06:18and they calculated the distance for accommodation in it.
06:22So, for some people, the distance for accommodation came out in the upper part,
06:27and for some people, the distance for accommodation came out in the lower part.
06:32So, the people who were in the lower part,
06:35they went to the upper part to get water.
06:38So, they said that if we make a hole in our accommodation,
06:42and take water from the sea,
06:44and do not bother the people above us, then it is better.
06:48So, if these people are left with their intentions,
06:53so that they make a hole in the ship,
06:56then all the people will be destroyed.
06:58And if their hands are held,
07:01then they will also be saved,
07:03and the rest of the people will also be saved.
07:07First of all, according to this Hadith,
07:10in many aspects of the Qur'an,
07:13the Qur'an is permissible.
07:15For example, I will sit on this seat,
07:18no one says that I will sit,
07:20let's do the Qur'an,
07:21and toss it,
07:22whoever wins, sits there.
07:25In such things, there can be a Qur'an,
07:27there is no problem in it.
07:29Because if a person has more than one wife,
07:31and he wants to go on a journey,
07:33then it is preferable that he does the Qur'an between them,
07:36and whoever wins will go with him on the journey.
07:39Because during the journey,
07:41it is not necessary for the husband to set the time,
07:43it is necessary to set the time at home.
07:46Now, what does the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, want to explain?
07:50You see, the first thing is that the Master did not say journey,
07:53sea journey,
07:54yet the Master is talking about a ship,
07:56about big ships.
07:58So, just pay attention,
07:59look at it from the perspective of the first era.
08:01It used to be that this is a ship,
08:03there are people above it,
08:05and there used to be a house below it,
08:08and below it there used to be a part of the ship.
08:11So, now two people have come,
08:13and they will live in the upper part of the Qur'an,
08:15you will live there,
08:16what should we do?
08:17So, they did the Qur'an,
08:18some people went up,
08:19some people went down.
08:20Now these people below are going to get water again and again,
08:23so they are getting tired,
08:24so they said, dig a hole below,
08:25so that they can get water from here,
08:26the poor people are getting tired.
08:27Now, if you dig a hole,
08:29then the ship will go into the sea,
08:31this is also destruction,
08:32the upper part is also destruction.
08:33So, now the government has explained that
08:35those who do not cross the limits of Allah,
08:38they are like all these people,
08:40as long as they are in a normal state,
08:42but those who cross the limits,
08:44they are like those who dig a hole in this ship.
08:47And when a hole is made in the ship,
08:49then you should pay attention that
08:51those who are above,
08:52those who did not do it,
08:53they will not be able to survive,
08:54they will also drown.
08:55This means that they will have to hold their hands,
08:58they will have to stop them,
09:00so what will be the benefit of this?
09:01They will also be safe,
09:02and God will also be safe.
09:04Now, the government explained this by giving an example,
09:07that those who do not cross the limits of Allah,
09:11are pious, pious, righteous,
09:13do not commit crimes,
09:14do not commit crimes,
09:15avoid all kinds of wrong things,
09:17this is a very good thing.
09:18But it is not enough to just avoid,
09:20but it is also necessary to stop those who are doing wrong.
09:24If they do not hold their hand,
09:26then they will not be able to save themselves
09:28from the fire of their bad deeds.
09:30And this is what happens if,
09:31for example,
09:32the father is a pious, pious, righteous person,
09:34and he does not admonish his children at all,
09:37does not give them guidance,
09:38does not give guidance to his wife,
09:39then what will happen?
09:40They will become unworshipped,
09:41will do wrong things,
09:42will commit crimes due to lack of training,
09:45will do wrong things,
09:46then will the father survive?
09:47Sometimes it will happen that
09:48the father will also be arrested by the police.
09:50Similarly, if we live among friends,
09:53and do not forbid them from doing wrong things,
09:55and sometimes they get trapped,
09:57then have you seen that
09:58the police arrest all the close friends and family members?
10:01They will also get trapped.
10:03Similarly,
10:04if you keep your close relatives close to you,
10:07and do not forbid them from doing wrong things,
10:09then their bad effects also come into your family.
10:12Your children will also become unworthy,
10:15will start abusing,
10:17will become brave in eating unlawful food,
10:20will do wrong things,
10:21will misbehave with elders,
10:23will use foul language,
10:24this sometimes has the effect of friendships.
10:27This means that,
10:28as in Surah Asr,
10:31Arabic
10:34I swear by Asr,
10:35all the people are in loss,
10:37Arabic
10:38But he who believes,
10:40and does righteous deeds,
10:41and they have done good deeds,
10:43and contend with the truth,
10:44and contend with patience,
10:45and keep reciting the truth and patience to each other.
10:48This is the best Surah
10:51which is explaining to us
10:53that all the people are in loss
10:55except those who will do these three things.
10:58Number one, believe.
11:00Number two, do righteous deeds.
11:02So, believing and doing righteous deeds
11:04are related to my being.
11:05But this is not enough.
11:06In fact, we will have to recite the truth and patience.
11:09If we do not do this,
11:10then their effects will reach us as well.
11:13So, every person needs,
11:14sometimes this is a compulsory matter,
11:17like a state,
11:19it will implement religion through power.
11:22Scholars,
11:23Second, through language.
11:25This is the work of the scholars.
11:27Parents, teachers,
11:28will do this.
11:29And third,
11:30at least know evil in the heart.
11:32This is the weakest level of faith.
11:35This is the level of the common people
11:36that they do not know how to preach,
11:38they do not know how to explain,
11:40they cannot beat.
11:41So, at least know evil in the heart.
11:43Sometimes it happens with the scholars
11:45that they are unable to speak.
11:46It becomes such an environment
11:48that speaking there is dangerous.
11:50So, save your life,
11:51protect your honor,
11:53this is also a compulsory matter.
11:55Because of this,
11:56if someone becomes silent,
11:57and knows evil in the heart,
11:59then they also get mercy.
12:01At the same time,
12:02sometimes the state itself
12:03becomes worried.
12:05And such situations,
12:07especially in today's time,
12:09they become compelled,
12:10that if they take any practical step,
12:12then the country will suffer
12:13a greater loss than that.
12:15At that time,
12:16the decisions of the state,
12:17sometimes become the target of criticism.
12:20But if you look at it from a deep perspective,
12:22and I say this to most of the people,
12:24that we are not political people,
12:26we are nothing,
12:27I am just explaining one thing to you,
12:29that whenever you see something
12:30from a lower level,
12:32then for a moment,
12:33come from a higher level
12:34and see that thing.
12:36Like we say to children,
12:37that children sometimes say,
12:38that our parents do not give this thing,
12:40they did this, they did that.
12:41I say, son,
12:42now you are looking at it as a child.
12:44Now look at it as a father or mother.
12:49Then suddenly the situation will change.
12:51The problem is that
12:52because we are people of lower level,
12:54we keep saying bad things.
12:56But if you imagine,
12:57today those who speak a lot,
12:59they are given the government
13:00and told to run the country.
13:02Now running the country is an easy task.
13:04Now when they have to make their
13:06foreign policy,
13:07domestic policy,
13:09in that thousands of
13:10problems have to be faced.
13:12Thousands of wisdoms have to be
13:14established.
13:15Then these same people
13:16who were swearing,
13:17they themselves will say,
13:18if we do this,
13:19there will be a problem,
13:20if we do this,
13:21there will be a problem.
13:22So earlier you were swearing,
13:23earlier you were saying
13:24bad things.
13:25This means that
13:26this is the only purpose
13:27to make people understand.
13:28Just like someone
13:29who is working in a factory,
13:30sometimes he does not understand
13:31the decisions of the boss.
13:32The people below
13:33generally do not understand
13:34the decisions of the people above.
13:35For this,
13:36you will have to come
13:37to a higher level.
13:38Now it is possible that
13:39it is really wrong up there.
13:40Then you will understand
13:41that it is wrong.
13:42Or you will understand
13:43the wisdom that
13:44no,
13:45till then I did not have a vision.
13:46I was looking at it
13:47from one point of view.
13:48When there is a responsibility,
13:49when you get a position,
13:50when a person comes
13:51to the upper level,
13:52then he realizes that
13:53no,
13:54the requirements of this
13:55are something else,
13:56the requirements of that
13:57were something else.
13:58Keep this in mind.
13:59So the summary of the
14:00words is that
14:01anyway,
14:02look around you,
14:03if you do not try
14:04to stop the sins
14:05and crimes
14:06that are happening
14:07around you,
14:08then the mercy of the
14:09universe,
14:10the Holy Prophet
14:11said,
14:12they will be destroyed,
14:13you will also be destroyed.
14:14This hadith
14:15I had told you,
14:16that there is a narration
14:17of Tirmidhi,
14:18that Allah Almighty
14:19ordered the angels
14:20to send punishment
14:21on a settlement.
14:22So he said,
14:23O Lord,
14:24there are such people
14:25who have committed
14:26a sin,
14:27there are such people
14:28who have never
14:29committed a sin.
14:30Allah Almighty
14:31said,
14:32put them also
14:33in punishment
14:34because those people
14:35do not feel bad
14:36when they see
14:37these sinners
14:38involved in sin.
14:39So that is why
14:40keep in mind
14:41that this is the
14:42bad thing
14:43that we
14:44get satisfied
14:45with the sins.
14:46Some people
14:47say that
14:48our friends
14:49are bad,
14:50I agree,
14:51but I am not
14:52in any badness.
14:53What is the
14:54meaning of
14:55not being in
14:56badness?
14:57Our religion
14:58says that
14:59either friendship
15:00or by God.
15:01Then it is not.
15:02Yes,
15:03if you go to
15:04the office,
15:05you are doing
15:06a job,
15:07there are
15:08some people
15:09there,
15:10you cannot
15:11be in
15:12badness.
15:13You
15:14cannot
15:15be in
15:16badness.
15:17You
15:18cannot
15:19be in
15:20badness.
15:21You
15:22cannot
15:23be in
15:24badness.
15:25You
15:26cannot
15:27be in
15:28badness.
15:29You
15:30cannot
15:31be in
15:32badness.
15:33You
15:34cannot
15:35be in
15:36badness.
15:37You
15:38cannot
15:39be in
15:40badness.
15:41You
15:42cannot
15:43be in
15:44badness.
15:45You
15:46cannot
15:47be in
15:48badness.
15:49You
15:50cannot
15:51be in
15:52badness.
15:53You
15:54cannot
15:55be in
15:56badness.
15:57You
15:58cannot
15:59be in
16:00badness.
16:01You
16:02cannot
16:03be in
16:04badness.
16:05You
16:06cannot
16:07be in
16:08badness.
16:09You
16:10cannot
16:11be in
16:12badness.
16:13You
16:14cannot
16:15be in
16:16badness.
16:17You
16:18cannot
16:19be in
16:20badness.
16:21You
16:22cannot
16:23be in
16:24badness.
16:25You
16:26cannot
16:27be in
16:28badness.
16:29You
16:30cannot
16:31be in
16:32badness.
16:33You
16:34cannot
16:35be in
16:36badness.
16:37You
16:38cannot
16:39be in
16:40badness.
16:41You
16:42cannot
16:43be in
16:44badness.
16:45You
16:46cannot
16:47be in
16:48badness.
16:49You
16:50cannot
16:51be in
16:52badness.
16:53You
16:54cannot
16:55be in
16:56badness.
16:57You
16:58cannot
16:59be in
17:00badness.
17:01You
17:02cannot
17:03be in
17:04badness.
17:05You
17:06cannot
17:07be in
