00:40According to the BIA, it was noticed by the BIA that there is a doubtful movement in the individual nature.
00:46And through verification and secondary inspection, it was confirmed that this is a Chinese passport holder.
00:53We can see that the syndicates involved in giving Philippine documents to foreign nationals are still at work.
01:05Specifically, this person is the holder of a permanent residence visa here in the Philippines with his Chinese identity.
01:12But maybe he used his Philippine passport to evade some things that we still know why he did it.
01:20The BIA continues to investigate if this person left the country using the Peking passport.
01:25The BIA believes that this person is not isolated because some foreign nationals were arrested first.
01:31According to the agency's investigation, the Department of Justice and Department of Tourism of the Cruise Visa Waiver Program
01:38gave Danice Andobal that the public should not be worried because the movement of tourists here is limited.
01:44This cruise visa waiver is like a temporary stay here.
01:49They are not really landing passengers per se because they are not entering the Philippines and staying in the country.
01:55They are just passing through onboard cruise ships to enjoy for a few hours or a day or two the sights and sounds of the Philippines.
02:04The visa for this is applied by DOT accredited tour group operators and not by each individual.
02:11People of the BIA are staying with the ship to monitor the movement of tourists.
