01:22In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

04:53He does not ask for anything other than the love of nearness.

05:02Now, in this holy verse,

05:05the Messenger of Allah is being asked for the reward for the propagation of the Prophethood.

05:17In the form of the love of nearness.

05:22Now, there is an objection here,

05:26that the rest of the Prophets, peace be upon them,

05:31refused to ask for the reward for the propagation of the Prophethood.

05:39As the Prophet Noah, peace be upon him,

05:42said,

05:43I do not ask of you any reward,

05:46but from the Lord of the worlds.

05:50He said, I do not ask of you any reward for the propagation of the Prophethood.

05:55My reward is with the Lord of the worlds.

06:01Hazrat Hud, peace be upon him,

06:04Hazrat Shuhaib, peace be upon him,

06:07Hazrat Saleh, peace be upon them,

06:09All of these Prophets, peace be upon them,

06:12refused to ask for the reward for the propagation of the Prophethood.

06:17He said, I do not ask of you any reward,

06:20but from the Lord of the worlds.

06:24He said, I do not ask for the reward for the propagation of the Prophethood,

06:29and I am not of those who ask for the reward.

06:32So, the Prophets refused to ask for the reward.

06:36And secondly,

06:39the propagation of the Prophethood,

06:42and conveying the commandments of Allah to people,

06:45is obligatory on the Prophet, peace be upon him.

06:50Allah, the Lord of Glory, said in the Holy Qur'an,

06:53Say, what has been revealed to you from your Lord.

06:57Whatever has been revealed to you from Allah,

07:00it is obligatory on you to propagate it.

07:02So, what is obligatory,

07:05how can you ask for the reward for it?

07:10Look, there are many answers to this.

07:14But, I would prefer to give the answer to this

07:18in the context of the benefits of the Ahlul Bayt.

07:23We will go to the Tafseer of Durr-e-Mansur.

07:27Hazrat Allama Jalaluddin Sayyuti, peace be upon him,

07:32in his Tafseer,

07:35narrated the narration of Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas, peace be upon him.

07:40He says that the Prophet, peace be upon him,

07:45himself explained this noble verse,

07:48and said,

08:03Allah is the Greatest.

08:06The Prophet, peace be upon him, said,

08:09What is the meaning of this request for the reward?

08:13That you should protect my relationship

08:17with the Ahlul Bayt, my relatives.

08:22Love them because of me.

08:25Meaning,

08:28the Prophet, peace be upon him,

08:32is expressing his desire.

08:36The Prophet, peace be upon him,

08:39O Ummah of Muhammad,

08:42O Mubahids,

08:44because of whom,

08:46you have received faith today.

08:49Because of whom,

08:51on the basis of good deeds, you will enter Paradise.

08:56The Prophet, peace be upon him,

08:58who woke up at night and prayed for the forgiveness of his Ummah,

09:04the Lord of the Ummah,

09:06the Prophet, peace be upon him,

09:09who participated for you in wars and battles.

09:15Today, the Prophet, peace be upon him,

09:18is expressing his desire

09:24that you should love my Ahlul Bayt, my relatives,

09:28because of me.

09:31Take care of my relationship.

09:34Take care of my relationship.

09:37Allah is the Greatest.

09:39Meaning, let me say,

09:41the love of the Ahlul Bayt

09:45is being connected to the love of the Prophet.

09:48This is such an important point.

09:51Imam Qurtubi has written in his Tafsir,

09:55in the Tafsir of this noble verse,

09:59He says,

10:01Allah is the Greatest.

10:03I ask you for nothing but to love one another.

10:08O my Ahlul Bayt,

10:14my relatives,

10:15I ask you for nothing but to love one another.

10:21The Prophet, peace be upon him,

10:26is expressing his desire

10:30that you should love my Ahlul Bayt,

10:33my relatives,

10:35as the Prophet, peace be upon him,

10:38has instructed the Ahlul Bayt

10:41to love one another.

10:45Imam Tabarani, in the Tafsir of this noble verse,

10:49has presented a very beautiful point.

10:52He says,

10:54Allah is the Greatest.

10:56This means,

10:58that it is being said,

11:00I remind you of love for your relatives.

11:04Allah is the Greatest.

11:06That I am reminding you of love for your relatives.

11:14Allah is the Greatest.

11:16The Prophet, peace be upon him,

11:19is reminding us of love for our relatives.

11:25And,

11:27who are the relatives?

11:29When this noble verse was revealed,

11:32the Companions went into confusion.

11:35What kind of souls are they?

11:37What kind of great personalities are they?

11:39It is said,

11:41that those whose love and affection is obligatory upon us.

11:45A Companion stood up and asked,

11:48My Master, peace be upon him,

11:51Who are those great personalities upon whom your love and affection is obligatory upon us?

11:56Who are those great personalities upon whom your love and affection is obligatory upon us?

12:06The Prophet, peace be upon him, said,

12:09Ali,

12:11Fatima,

12:13and their sons.

12:15He said, Ali,

12:17Fatima,

12:19Hasan,

12:22and Hussain.

12:25May Allah be pleased with them all.

12:28As far as the excellence of Ahlul Bayt is concerned,

12:32Hadith al-Saqlain is a witness to this.

12:36The Prophet, peace be upon him, said,

12:39I am leaving two things in you.

12:46I am leaving two great things.

12:49The Book of Allah.

12:51A rope extending from the sky to the earth.

12:54The Book of Allah.

12:56A rope hanging from the sky to the earth.

13:00My love and affection is for Ahlul Bayt.

13:04My love and affection is for my Ahlul Bayt.

13:08My Master, peace be upon him,

13:12described the excellence of the Quran, the Book of Allah, and his love and affection.

13:19He said,

13:20He said,

13:24He said,

13:26The two great things that I am leaving, the Book of Allah and my love and affection,

13:31will never be separated from each other

13:35until the Quran and my love and affection come together.

13:41And the last word of this Hadith

13:44is a reminder for the Ummah.

13:48It is a warning.

13:50My Master, peace be upon him, said,

13:55What will you do to these two after me?

14:00What will you do to the Quran?

14:03And what will you do to my love and affection?

14:07Ladies and gentlemen,

14:09I would like to say something about this Hadith.

14:12The two great things that I am leaving, the Book of Allah and my love and affection.

14:18After all,

14:20how did these two things come together?

14:24What is the wisdom in this?

14:27Look, the teachings of the Quran,

14:30if you want to see its beauty in a particular sense,

14:35in a particular form, then it is the Ahlul Bayt-e-Rasool.

14:40It is the Itrat-e-Rasool.

14:43The Quran is the source of guidance.

14:47And if you want to get the light of the guidance of the Quran,

14:54then the light of the Quran,

14:57the guidance,

14:59you will get it from the love and affection of the Ahlul Bayt-e-Rasool.

15:04We would like to move on to the second Hadith.

15:07It comes in Hadith-e-Faqh.

15:09It was quoted by many Muhadditheen

15:11that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

15:13has covered himself with a sheet.

15:17Hazrat Sayyidah Fatima Tuzara,

15:20Hazrat Imam Hassan,

15:22and Hazrat Imam Hussain were covered with a sheet.

15:25Hazrat Ali-ul-Murtaza,

15:27was behind the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

15:29He was also covered with a sheet.

15:31My noble Master, peace and blessings be upon him,

15:34prayed, O Allah, these are my Ahlul Bayt-e-Rasool.

15:37So remove the dirt from them,

15:39and purify them.

15:40O Allah, these are my Ahlul Bayt-e-Athaar.

15:43So remove the dirt from them,

15:45and purify them.

15:47O Allah, these are my Ahlul Bayt-e-Athaar.

15:50So remove the dirt from them,

15:52and purify them.

15:54Dear viewers,

15:56now we will individually

15:58mention the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

16:01and the Ahlul Bayt-e-Rasool.

16:04And we will mention their virtues and attributes

16:07which we find in the blessed Hadith.

16:08And we will mention their virtues and attributes

16:10which we find in the blessed Hadith.

16:14Hazrat Ali-ul-Murtaza, may Allah honor his face,

16:17the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

16:20said about him,

16:22He said,

16:33He said,

16:34He said,

17:02In the Hadith,

17:05the companions

17:07started lifting their necks

17:09and started coming in front of the Prophet,

17:12and started coming in front of the Prophet,

17:14that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

17:17should take our name.

17:19We should become Fatih-e-Khaibar.

17:23And Imam-e-Qurtubi wrote,

17:25this was because

17:27he was getting a great honor that day,

17:30he was getting a great status.

17:31That is why every companion wished

17:34that he should become Fatih-e-Khaibar.

17:37The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

17:40Where is Ali?

17:42Where is Ali-ul-Murtaza?

17:44The companions said,

17:46My master,

17:48he has tears in his eyes.

17:50My noble master, peace and blessings be upon him,

17:52called him.

17:54He placed his neck on his hand.

17:57He placed his hand

17:58on his holy fountain.

18:00He placed his hand

18:02on his holy fountain.

18:04He handed him the flag.

18:06He prayed and sent him off.

18:08Allah, the Lord of Glory,

18:10Allah, the Lord of Glory,

18:12granted the victory of Khaibar

18:14Allah, the Lord of Glory,

18:16granted the victory of Khaibar

18:18to his hands.

18:20Hazrat-e-Imam-e-Nasai

18:22Hazrat-e-Imam-e-Nasai

18:24in the Sunan-e-Kubra,

18:26in the Sunan-e-Kubra,

18:28quoted this hadith

18:30that when Hazrat-e-Ali-ul-Murtaza,

18:32may Allah be pleased with him,

18:34was martyred,

18:36Imam-e-Hassan-e-Mujtaba,

18:38may Allah be pleased with him,

18:40wore a black headscarf.

18:42And he gave

18:44a great sermon.

18:46In that sermon,

18:48which Imam-e-Hassan

18:50mentioned the hadith

18:52of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

18:54He said,

18:56that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

18:59said about my father,

19:01he said,

19:09that the glory of Hazrat-e-Ali-ul-Murtaza

19:11is that

19:13in the battlefield,

19:15Hazrat-e-Jibreel,

19:17on his right side,

19:19and Hazrat-e-Mikail,

19:21on his left side,

19:24Allah is the Greatest.

19:28And Hazrat-e-Abdullah-bin-Masood,

19:31may Allah be pleased with him,

19:33said about him,

19:40that look, there are two types of knowledge.

19:43One is the apparent knowledge,

19:45and the other is the hidden knowledge.

19:54Every verse has an apparent meaning.

19:57Every verse has a hidden meaning.

19:59Hazrat-e-Abdullah-bin-Masood

20:01is presenting the knowledge of Hazrat-e-Ali-ul-Murtaza

20:04as the source of belief and the source of glorification.

20:07He said,

20:16This is the reason

20:18that Hazrat-e-Ali-ul-Murtaza himself said,

20:23except that I know what was revealed,

20:26where it was revealed, and upon whom it was revealed.

20:29He said,

20:31There is not a single verse in the Holy Quran

20:34that I do not know the glory of which was revealed.

20:40The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

20:44Ali is with the Qur'an,

20:46and the Qur'an is with Ali.

20:48There is not a single difference between them.

20:51He said,

20:53Ali is with the Qur'an.

20:55The Qur'an is with Ali.

20:57He said,

20:59They are not separate from each other.

21:02They are together in this world.

21:05They are together in the hereafter.

21:09What does this mean?

21:10What will happen then?

21:13That the secrets of the Holy Quran,

21:16the explanations of the Holy Quran,

21:19its knowledge, its teachings,

21:21its meaning, its purpose,

21:23if you want to attain them,

21:26then you will have to come to Ali-ul-Murtaza's court.

21:35Whoever desires knowledge,

21:37he comes to the door,

21:38and Ali

21:40is the door of knowledge.

21:43Allah is the Greatest.

21:45The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,

21:50about whom he said,

21:52He is the Imam of the righteous,

21:55the killer of the wicked,

21:57the supporter of those who support him.

22:00He said,

22:02Ali-ul-Murtaza

22:04is the Imam of the righteous.

22:06He is the killer of the wicked.

22:10Those who support Ali will be supported by Allah.

22:17Allah is the Greatest.

22:19Hazrat Ali-ul-Murtaza, may Allah be pleased with him,

22:24about whom the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

22:31Whoever is the guardian of him, he is the guardian of Ali.

22:35Whoever is his guardian, he is his guardian.

22:38Here, guardian and guardian,

22:41if we look at its meaning,

22:43it is in the meaning of love.

22:48And in the same way,

22:50the Master of the Universe,

22:52the Servant of the Two Universes,

22:55the Mother of the Two Goods,

22:58the Daughter of the Messenger,

23:01Hazrat Sayyidah Fatimah al-Zahra,

23:05may Allah be pleased with her,

23:07their glory,

23:09and their status,

23:11is beyond compare.

23:13When this verse of purification was revealed,

23:16Allah only wants to remove the dirt from you, O people of the Household,

23:19and purify you.

23:21After the revelation of this noble verse,

23:25for six months,

23:27the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,

23:28kept coming to the house of Hazrat Sayyidah Fatimah al-Zahra.

23:35And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,

23:38kept saying,

23:41O people of the Household, establish prayer.

23:44And for six months in a row,

23:47Sayyidah Fatimah al-Zahra, may Allah be pleased with her,

23:51passed by the door of the house of the Messenger of Allah,

23:55and kept saying,

23:57O people of the Household,

23:59this verse of purification,

24:01Allah only wants to remove the dirt from you, O people of the Household,

24:04and purify you.

24:07Allah is the Greatest.

24:10The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,

24:13said,

24:15Imam Bukhari, Imam Muslim,

24:17Sayyid Bukhari and Sayyid Muslim,

24:19quoted this noble Hadith,

24:21and said,

24:23O Fatimah,

24:25Sayyidat al-Nisaa al-Mu'mineen

24:28wa Sayyidat al-Nisaa hazihi l-Ummah

24:33He said,

24:35Are you not content

24:38that you are the leader of the women of the believers

24:41and the leader of the women of this Ummah?

24:45The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

24:50This angel did not descend to earth

24:54before this night.

24:57His Lord has asked me to greet him

25:01and to give me glad tidings that Fatimah

25:04is Sayyidat al-Nisaa al-Ahl al-Jannah

25:07and that al-Hasan and al-Husayn are Sayyidat al-Shabab al-Ahl al-Jannah.

25:12The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

25:15This angel did not descend to earth before this night.

25:21His Lord has asked me to greet him

25:26and to give me glad tidings that Fatimah

25:33is Sayyidat al-Nisaa al-Ahl al-Jannah

25:38and that al-Hasan and al-Husayn are Sayyidat al-Shabab al-Ahl al-Jannah.

25:45Similarly, Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with him,

25:52said that whenever the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,

25:56would go on a journey,

26:00he would first go to the house of Sayyidat Fatimah.

26:05And when he would return from the journey,

26:09he would first go to the house of Sayyidat Fatimah.

26:15And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,

26:18would constantly look at her and say,

26:21The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to her,

26:25O my mother, Allah is the Greatest.

26:29My master would constantly say,

26:31O Fatimah, the father of Mustafa and the mother of Mustafa have sacrificed for you.

26:38What an excellence of Sayyidat al-Kainat,

26:43Sayyidat Fatimah al-Zahra.

26:46We find in another hadith that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

26:52Fatimah, you have displeased me, and whoever is angry with her is angry with me.

26:57He said, Fatimah, she is a part of my life.

27:01Whoever has displeased her, he has displeased me.

27:06Allah is the Greatest.

27:08Similarly, the narrator of this hadith is Hazrat Ali al-Murtaza.

27:12Imam al-Hakim quoted this hadith,

27:17The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

27:20If on the Day of Resurrection, there is a caller from outside the veil,

27:26O people of the congregation,

27:28Return your good tidings to Fatimah, daughter of Muhammad, until she passes away.

27:35A caller will call from behind the veil,

27:40O people of the society, lower your gaze.

27:45Now all the people of the society will be included.

27:49Allah will command everyone.

27:52O people of the society, lower your gaze.

27:57So that Fatimah, daughter of Muhammad, passes away.

28:03And Sayyidah Fatimah al-Zahra will pass away.

28:07We find in another hadith that Hazrat Ali al-Murtaza himself is the narrator.

28:14That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

28:18Who will be the first to enter Paradise?

28:23The Messenger of Allah said,

28:29Hazrat Ali al-Murtaza said,

28:32The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

28:35Who will be the first to enter Paradise?

28:38I will be, Fatimah will be, Hasan will be, Hussain will be.

28:42I said, O Messenger of Allah, I said, O Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,

28:47Where will those who love me go?

28:54That is, how much do the people of the Holy House care about those who love them?

29:01I say, where will those who love me go?

29:05They will say,

29:08The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

29:11They will be after you.

29:14Dear viewers, among the people of the Holy House,

29:18there are Hazrat Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain.

29:23We find their mention in the books of hadith.

29:27The books of hadith are full of their virtues and virtues.

29:31Imam Tabarani said in Al-Mujab al-Kabir,

29:36The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

29:39I will not tell you about the good of the people,

29:43I will not tell you about the good of the people,

29:47I will not tell you about the good of the people,

29:51I will not tell you about the good of the people,

29:54I will not tell you about the good of the people,

29:56In view of uncle's and aunt's relationship ,

30:02I will not tell you about the good of the people,

30:05In view of father and mother's relationship,

30:09Who is better ...?

30:12Said to him, Al-Hassan and Al-Hussain.

30:15All these relations are better than Hassan and Hussain.

30:20The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him,

30:23In what way,

30:26He says, my dear master, his grandfather is the Messenger of Allah.

30:32His grandmother is Khadija bint Khuwailat.

30:36He says, his mother is Fatima bint Rasool Allah.

30:42He says, his father is Ali bin Abi Talib.

30:46His uncle is Jafar bin Abi Talib.

30:49And his aunt is Ummi Hani bint Abi Talib.

30:53His uncle is Qasim bin Rasool Allah.

30:57And his aunt is Zainab Ruqaiya Ummi Kulthum.

31:02And the Messenger of Allah said,

31:06Their grandfather is in Paradise.

31:09Their father is in Paradise.

31:11Their mother is in Paradise.

31:13Their uncle is in Paradise.

31:15Their mother is in Paradise.

31:17Their aunt is in Paradise.

31:19Allah Akbar, what a glory they have.

31:23My dear master, the Messenger of Allah says,

31:26Their grandfather is in Paradise.

31:28Their father is in Paradise.

31:30Their mother is in Paradise.

31:33Their uncle is in Paradise.

31:35Their aunt is in Paradise.

31:37Their aunts are in Paradise.

31:39Both of them, Hassan and Hussain are in Paradise.

31:43The Messenger of Allah said,

31:45The Messenger of Allah said,

31:49Whoever loves me, he must love both of them.

31:55That is, he must love Hassan and Hussain.

31:58That is, the Messenger of Allah is combining the love of Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain with his love.

32:05Another hadith says,

32:08The Messenger of Allah said,

32:10Whoever loves Hassan and Hussain, he must love me.

32:14That is, he must love Hassan and Hussain.

32:17That is, he must love me.

32:20And another hadith says,

32:23The Messenger of Allah said,

32:26Whoever loves them, I love him.

32:29And whoever loves him, Allah loves him.

32:32And whoever loves him, Allah loves him.

32:35That is, he must love both of them.

32:37That is, he must love Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain.

32:40The Messenger of Allah said,

32:43I loved the one who loved them.

32:47Allahu Akbar!

32:49And whoever I loved, Allah loved him.

32:53And whoever Allah loved,

32:56Allah will make him enter Paradise on the Day of Resurrection.

33:01The Messenger of Allah said,

33:03The Messenger of Allah said,

33:10Whoever loved both of them,

33:13That is, Hassan and Hussain,

33:16And his father loved his mother,

33:19He will be with me on the Day of Resurrection.

33:25And one day,

33:28The Messenger of Allah said,

33:30The Messenger of Allah said,

33:33To Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain,

33:36He said a sentence,

33:40Which I would like to conclude,

33:43This is a very big hadith in terms of grandeur.

33:49One day, my noble master looked at them and said,

33:56To Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain,

34:00My parents are your sacrifices,

34:03You are so honorable in the sight of Allah.

34:06Today, if we want to attain the light of Islam,

34:11If we want to take guidance from the Quran,

34:14And if we want to strengthen our relationship with Allah and the Messenger of Allah,

34:20Then we will have to strengthen our relationship with Ahlul Bayt.

34:24This relationship will become the reason for the strength of Allah and the Messenger of Allah.
