00:00We've just had a tour, a walk-around tour, of the building. How is the project going so far?
00:07Generally speaking, despite all the bad work, we're just about on-programme at the minute,
00:13so completion is set for spring next year, but by and large we're on target to achieve that.
00:20Great. Is there anything specifically that you're looking forward to?
00:24Apart from completion?
00:29This building is actually quite interesting. The geometry of a music venue is a lot different
00:33from what we're used to building, so I'm particularly looking forward to finishing
00:39all the high-level work. We're putting ceilings up, for example, 20 metres above floor level,
00:45which brings in a whole host of challenges in terms of access. Now you get up to it,
00:49it takes a lot longer than you think it would take, so all of the high-level work should be
00:54finished in the next two or three weeks, and then everything's back down on terra firma,
00:58back at ground level, if you like. Sounds very exciting, Paul. I think it was mentioned during
01:04the tour that the Beckett Well footprint is similar to other projects, so Hull and Wales.
01:11Have you got any comment on that? We're being benchmarked against Hull,
01:16so in terms of programme and quality, the whole project is a reference, if you like.
01:24Hull was completed in 85 weeks, we're trying to match that in terms of programme period,
01:30and we'll be far better than the quality of finish at Hull, I'm sure.
01:34Okay, thank you.
