00:00I'm speaking with Lee from Sons & Sons in Dart, Poudingley.
00:03I'm okay, thank you.
00:04Amazing, so we're here for the Beers Over Borders event.
00:09Yeah, no, I am excited, really excited to get these beers in.
00:12Like a lot of the stuff that we've had come in is really small batch stuff.
00:18My suppliers only get maybe one or two pallets a year from some of these suppliers.
00:23And so it's really cool to be able to share these beers with our customers.
00:29So how did the Beers Over Borders event come to be?
00:33There wasn't really much in the way of planning.
00:38There never really is.
00:39I just see some pre-orders available for certain breweries.
00:47And then sort of decide to do an event based on what stock's available.
00:52Nothing's ever really...
00:54Yeah, I don't really put too much thought into it, to be honest with you.
00:58So I've tasted the Avena, Brewski? Am I saying that right?
01:01Brewski, yeah.
01:03Do you have a favourite?
01:05That is definitely one of them, yeah.
01:07The Brewski is very nice, the Avena particularly.
01:10I also really like the Sunshine on Closed Eyes from Trial & Ale.
01:15That one's really nice.
01:17And the Glycerin from Hudson Valley.
01:20They're all great.
01:21I think they're probably my top three favourites at the moment.
01:24So it starts today, Beers Over Borders.
01:27And how long do visitors last at all, Lee?
01:30I don't really know.
01:31I mean, they're all strong beers and they're all a little bit on the pricey side.
01:35So it might take a little while to sell through them all.
01:39But we just keep going until the beers have all gone.
01:42Yeah? Yeah.
01:43Amazing. Do you have anything to add?
01:45No. Cool, thanks.
