00:07with Leader Jeffries. He claims that Republicans don't want to debate the issues. Two weeks ago

00:14there was a debate. There was a winner of that debate and that debate has sent Democrats into

00:18disarray. I also want to counteract the claim that there's laws in place. President Biden has made

00:28his entire administration about not following or enforcing laws. And that's one of the reasons as

00:34to why the SAVE Act is so important. Under the Biden administration and the failed policies

00:41there has been over 10 million people that have come across our southern border illegally. In

00:47March of 2021 President Biden issued an executive order promoting access to voting, requiring

00:55federal agencies to assist states with voter registration. We do not have concrete methods

01:03to ensure illegals do not vote in federal elections. The SAVE Act ensures that only

01:10United States citizens can vote in elections. Quite frankly it's insane that we're even

01:16having this debate. We should all agree that only those who are citizens of this great country

01:23can vote in our elections. It also expands federal databases such as DHS SAVE database,

01:31social security databases and others to prove citizenship and assist states. Joe Biden's open

01:40border policy has put America in a position where illegals could potentially vote in elections.

01:46It's bad for election integrity. It's bad for democracy and it's unfair to the American people.

01:53Before Joe Biden citizenship mattered in the United States of America

01:58and citizenship should matter once again. I yield back.
