00:09Bonja, Monja, bon appétit, let's eat, it's time for Tanks Cooks.
00:16It's time, it's time, it's time once again for Tanks Cooks.
00:19All right!
00:21Well, I got something here called the Pittsburgh Ham Barbecue Recipe.
00:27Yes, that's right.
00:28This was sent to me by a Yinzer named Christopher Elmer.
00:33And I'm going to make a few substitutions.
00:35Instead of ketchup, I'm using barbecue sauce.
00:37Instead of vinegar, I'm going to use apple cider.
00:42Instead of mustard, I'll be using Worcestershire sauce.
00:46But it's going to start off with the barbecue.
00:49And it says a cup and a half, which is about 12 ounces.
00:54So, I'm just going to pour this whole little bottle into a saucepan.
01:11Anticipation, anticipation is making me crazy.
01:22All right.
01:29Let me turn on the heat.
01:32Got to turn on the heat.
01:35At least this is what I'm going to eat.
01:40All right, we got the barbecue sauce getting ready.
01:44We're going to put in six tablespoons of brown sugar.
01:51So, let's get the brown sugar and pour it in here.
02:05Six tablespoons of brown sugar.
02:10All right, that's one tablespoon of brown sugar.
02:15That's two tablespoons of brown sugar.
02:22That's three tablespoons of brown sugar.
02:28That's four tablespoons of brown sugar.
02:34Let's go with number five and number six.
02:41There we go.
02:44Six tablespoons of brown sugar.
02:47So, we got the brown sugar.
02:48We're going to be putting all the ingredients in here
02:51and blending it up, and then we'll be cutting up some ham to put in.
02:55All right, our next ingredient is going to be four tablespoons of cherry jelly.
03:05So, here's our cherry jelly.
03:07We're going to use four tablespoons of cherry jelly.
03:11That's one tablespoon of cherry jelly.
03:16Two tablespoons of cherry jelly.
03:21And three tablespoons of cherry jelly.
03:27And the last piece, four.
03:34So, we got our cherry jelly in there.
03:37All right, then we have to add in
03:41a little bit of Worcestershire sauce.
03:44It says four teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
03:52So, let's get the Worcestershire sauce in here.
03:55Worcestershire sauce, one teaspoon, two teaspoons, three teaspoons,
04:06two teaspoons, three teaspoons, and four teaspoons.
04:14There's our Worcestershire sauce.
04:19And now we got to get some apple cider in here.
04:24And it says to put in two tablespoons of apple cider.
04:31So, one and two.
04:33All right, now we got to mix this up a little bit.
04:36Make sure it blends.
04:41So, let's get this mixing up.
04:55Mixing up the recipe, the recipe, the recipe.
05:02Resting up the recipe.
05:05Cooking it up real good.
05:07All right, while this simmers and cooks, it's time to cut up some ham.
05:15All right, what we're going to do is we're going to chop up some of this sliced ham.
05:26It says it calls for about two pounds.
05:30I don't think this is quite two pounds, but it's enough.
05:39It's enough for me.
05:42So, let's chop up this ham.
05:46Chop up the ham, chop up the ham, chop up the ham.
05:52Don't make it ham, chop up the ham.
05:55Make sure you ram when you chop up the ham.
05:59Don't cut your hand when you chop up the ham.
06:02Don't cut your hand when you chop up the ham.
06:06All right, there we go.
06:20All right, time to slide our ham into this barbecue slop here.
06:27So, mix the ham in here real good together.
06:34And we're supposed to let this cook for about five to ten minutes.
06:38So, let's stir this around, get it mixed up nicely, and then we'll see how this comes out.
06:47Give it another stir.
06:58Stir it up.
07:00Yeah, yeah, let's stir it up.
07:05All right, I think we're getting pretty close to being finished here.
07:08I've been stirring it on and off the last five minutes.
07:12And now, we're going to see how this actually came out.
07:16All right, time to plate the meal.
07:20Now, what we're going to do is we're going to get a hamburger bun.
07:22Time to plate the meal.
07:26And we're going to scoop out this Pittsburgh ham barbecue.
07:31Time to plate the meal.
07:36Time to plate the meal.
07:40Time to plate the meal.
07:43Put it right on the bun, and let's see how it's done.
07:47Time to plate the meal.
07:52Time to plate the meal.
