00:00Today I am here at Fortnum and Mason recording seagull sounds for the floating origami seagulls that float around in the atrium.
00:07My name is Cooper Wallace and I am the European Cool Screeching Champion.
00:12I first realised that I could screech like a seagull.
00:16I got bit by a seagull and it came over my head and stole my ham sandwich.
00:21And my sister Shelby grabbed a spade out of the sandcastle and chased it down the beach saying,
00:26How dare you hurt my brother!
00:28I felt a lot of pain but then like a week later I was aware of the seagulls more.
00:35Then I just figured out how I could do it.
00:39This is the medal. I felt amazing when they came to me and they called my name and put it around my neck and I was like,
00:47I actually did this.
00:50I have to practice quite a lot. I sometimes lose it a bit if my throat isn't really lubricated.
00:56I have to drink a lot for it to work.
00:58I love the origami seagulls in the atrium, in the entranceway that come up and down.
01:05Because they're just like so intricate in detail and so cute as well.
01:09They're after the giant ice cream taller than me.
01:13It's amazing just the fact that if I ever come here again, I will be able to hear myself in a very famous shop in London.
01:23If I had to choose between ice cream and fish and chips, it would have to be both.
01:31Especially Thornton's ice creams.
01:33Because a new flavoured ice cream called Blackpool Rock and it comes with a stick of rock in it saying Thornton's Rock on the inside of it.
01:41I can't wait to try it next time I come.
01:44This summer I'm most looking forward to going back to the beach.
01:49I have a few seagull friends so I'll just be like, hi Jerry, hi seagull and all my other friends.
