00:00Sir, the camp of Pastor Apollo Quibiloy questioned the motives of private individuals who offered a reward of 10 million for his arrest.
00:09Why did the government accept donations from the private sources?
00:13Why not?
00:14Why not the government?
00:15Why not?
00:16They want to help us bring a fugitive to justice.
00:21You know, he is a fugitive.
00:25He is hiding from the law.
00:29Now, if there are private citizens who want to assist the government in that effort to bring him to justice,
00:37I do not see what is in it.
00:40He can question their motives as much as they want.
00:43But why did he show up?
00:46I question his motives.
00:48Let me question his motives.
00:51Why do we always get questioned? We just follow the law.
00:54He also follows the law.
