- 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ground turmeric

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional) ️

- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cauliflower Rice:
- Grate or rice the cauliflower using a food processor or a grater. Set aside.
