00:00A child was stabbed in the face by a dog in Kalasyao, Pangasinan.

00:04The child was just playing and was attacked by a dog.

00:14The 4-year-old child was traumatized after being stabbed in the face by a dog in Barangay Longos, Kalasyao, Pangasinan.

00:22According to his grandmother, her grandson was playing on the side of the road when he was suddenly attacked by a dog.

00:29The children ran over there and the dog ran away.

00:33The dog said, wow!

00:35It was here in the eye.

00:38It's a good thing it wasn't blown away.

00:40Here's the wound.

00:42The anti-rabies vaccine was administered to the victim,

00:45which was given by the owner of the dog.

00:47According to the Center for Health Development Region 1,

00:50the vaccine against rabies is important for the victims of animal bites.

00:55Rabies is 100% fatal when it infects a person and causes symptoms.

01:03Barangay Longos has now tightened the Asumo Italimo Ordinance.

01:08The dogs that are included in the order are spreading in the barangay.

01:12The police will also pay the fine.

01:15We know that if a person is bitten, it will be a disgrace to that person.

01:24That's why we are strictly implementing the Asumo Italimo.
