00:00The Department of Migrant Workers will no longer allow the Philippine seafarers to dock with ships

00:12According to TMW Secretary Hans Leo Kaptak,

00:5178 of the seafarers refused to sail and the ship owners accepted their decision.
00:59According to Kaptak, TMW will assist the Philippine Navy and Philippine Coast Guard in the risk assessment.
