00:10Its goal is to help OFWs in the fast process of their needs.

00:28led the inauguration of the new Philippine OFW Action Center.

00:33It is part of the new home of the Department of Migrant Workers in Makati City, according to the President.

00:38This is just one of many steps of the government to pay the sacrifices of OFWs

00:43through the fast and efficient process of their needs.

00:48The Action Center is not just an office.

00:51It is a symbol of fast, efficient, and integrated services for our OFWs.

01:00Its goal is to make their process easier,

01:04from reintegration, legal assistance, to employment, and other services they need.

01:13This Action Center will serve as a pathway for OFWs

01:18because its services include their need to leave the country,

01:22to work abroad, and to return to the Philippines.

01:27Other government agencies such as SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth,

01:33TESDA, Department of Agriculture, DOH, DOLE, DTI, and others also serve here.

01:38To our OFWs returning to the country,

01:42instead of waiting for a long queue and a complicated process,

01:47we will provide you with a fast and efficient system

01:51so that you can get the services, benefits, and programs of our government.

01:58Also, for our countrymen who will start their journey as OFWs,

02:05you will be helped in every step of your application.

02:10From contracts, legal protection, to employment,

02:15we assure that there is a government ready to help you in every corner of the world.

02:21Again, the President assured that the government will continue to work hard

02:24to speed up the processes such as the launch of the EGOVPH app.

02:28He also does not discourage the government to take steps

02:31to create more opportunities here in the Philippines.

02:35Under our government, we assure that every Filipino,

02:40especially our workers in different countries,

02:45will feel the pain and the fast service from our government.

02:51Moreover, this is a reminder of a brighter future

02:58that we are striving for every Filipino.

03:01A country does not need a list to find a decent job.

03:07And for those who choose to work abroad,

03:10they are assured that the government will fully support them.
