00:24after the celebration here in Batac, Ilocos Norte.
00:31Mariano Marcos, State University, OIC President, Dr. Prima F. Franco,
00:37City Mayor of Batac, Honorable Albert Chua,
00:40Chief Digital and Innovation Officer, Engineer Gil Orense,
00:44Chair Commissioner, Dr. Sheila Casaneda Agrupis,
00:47PTV General Manager, Antonio Tobi Nebrida,
00:50and Senior Board Member, Honorable Rafael Medina.
00:53According to the OIC President of MMSU, Dr. Franco,
00:57aside from PTV hoping for true news and information,
01:02the partnership of the University and PTV will also be a way for the two groups to collaborate.
01:09According to PTV GM Tobi Nebrida,
01:12because of the clear transmission, residents of Ilocos Norte will be able to watch
01:18the President's messages and projects.
01:21PTV GM Nebrida is also happy because of the students who attended the inauguration,
01:26especially since PTV, People's Television,
01:29will be a training ground for future television journalists and broadcast professionals.
