00:20Four years as an OFW in Saudi Arabia, Gabriel admitted it was not easy to handle the required paperwork needed in leaving the country.

00:44This experience of OFWs is what the government aims to address.

00:47That is why President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Luisa Reneta Marcos led the inauguration of the Bagong Pilipinas One-Stop Shop OFW Action Center.

00:57This is part of the new building of the Department of Migrant Workers in Makati City.

01:01According to the President, this is just one of many government measures to repay the sacrifices of OFWs through faster and more efficient processes for their needs.

01:11The Action Center is not just an office. It is a symbol of fast, organized, and integrated services for our OFWs.

01:23It aims to make their process easier, from reintegration, legal assistance, to employment, and other services they need.

01:36The Action Center will serve as a pathway so OFWs no longer have to struggle.

01:41Among the services offered here are their needs from departure, throughout their time working abroad, and up to when they return to the Philippines.

01:49The services of other government agencies such as SSS, Pag-ibig, Field Health, TESDA, Department of Agriculture, DOH, DOLE, DTI, and others are also available here.

02:00To our OFWs who are returning to the Philippines, instead of worrying about the long queues and chaotic processes,

02:09we will provide you with a fast and efficient system so you can get the services, benefits, and programs of our government.

02:19Also, for our countrymen who will start their journey as OFWs, you will be helped here in every step of your application.

02:31From contracts, legal protection, to employment, we assure that there is a government ready to help you in every corner of the world.

02:42OFWs can also use the space allocated for them as a rest area while taking care of their documents without having to pay any fees.

02:50The President again assured that the government will continue to strive to speed up processes such as the launch of the EGOPH PH app.

02:57He also stressed that the government is focused on creating more opportunities here in the Philippines.

03:01Under our government, we assure that every Filipino, especially our workers in different countries, will feel the pain and the fast service from our government.

03:18Moreover, this is a reminder of a brighter future that we are striving for every Filipino.

03:27A country does not need a list to find a decent job.

03:34And for those who choose to work abroad, they are assured that the government's support is complete.
