00:00The suspended mayor of Bambang, Tarlac, Alice Guwo, was removed from the party as a member of the Nationalist People's Coalition or NPC.

00:08In the letter sent by the NPC chair and former Senate President Vicente Soto III to Tarlac Governor Susan Yap,

00:15she ordered Guwo to be removed from the roster of members of their party.

00:20Soto also ordered the Secretary General of the party, Secretary Mark Leandro Mendoza,

00:25to enforce the law and ask Guwo to be removed from the party.

00:30This Friday, a complaint of qualified human trafficking was filed to the Department of Justice

00:35and the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission of Paok and PNP-CIDG against Guwo

00:41together with the former Technology and Livelihood Resource Center Deputy Director General Dennis Cunanan,

00:4612 officers and incorporators of three companies,

00:50and business partners of Guwo, Wang Ziyang, Zhang Ruijin, and Baoying Li.

00:57Before the suspension, DILG Secretary Ben Harabalo also ordered the National Police Commission in May

01:03to proceed with the removal of Guwo's power to control the local police under his jurisdiction.
