00:16and Negros Island region may have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
00:22The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains in Batanes,
00:26and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Ilocos region.
00:32Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms will be felt
00:37in the rest of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region,
00:42Aurora, Quezon, Oriental, Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.
00:48Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies
00:52with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
