Severed hand found at scene of Ipoh accident

A severed hand has been found at the scene of an accident in front of Hospital Bahagia in Ulu Kinta near Ipoh on Sunday (June 23).
A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said upon arrival firemen only found the hand at the site, but the victims involved were not at the scene.
