00:04The family of a man killed in a collision in Derbyshire have paid tribute to their amazing
00:08husband, father and grandfather.
00:11Paul Cooper died following the incident on Woodhouse Road at Kilburn just before 7.30am
00:17on Monday, June 10th.
00:19The family have now issued a statement to pay tribute to the 64-year-old.
00:23They said,
00:24Paul was the much-loved husband of Lorraine, as well as an amazing father and grandfather.
00:30Prior to his retirement, Paul was the academy kit manager at Derby County Football Club
00:35for many seasons.
00:36As well as his love of football, Paul enjoyed all other sports, in particular darts, but
00:41his biggest love was dancing to Northern Soul music.
00:45The driver of the car involved in the collision, a 79-year-old man, remains released on police
00:50bail after being arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
00:55Police enquiries continue into the circumstances of the incident.
00:59And officers remain keen to hear from anyone who was travelling in the area at the time
01:03who has dashcam footage, or any local premises with private CCTV which may have captured
01:09footage which could assist them in their investigation.
01:14Pupils and staff at Henry Bradley Infant School in Chesterfield are celebrating a good Ofsted
01:18rating.
01:20The school in Brimmington has been rated good across all categories in an Ofsted report
01:24that has been published this month.
01:26Inspectors praised the kind and caring staff at the school for encouraging children to
01:30reach for the stars.
01:32Tracey O'Malley, who is Head Teacher at Henry Bradley Infant School said,
01:35I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly proud I am of our wonderful school.
01:40I am pleased the inspectors saw that I see every day happy and wonderful children being
01:44educated by fantastic staff who believe in them.
