02:12We're delighted to be here at Cavendish Junior School today to celebrate Mr Turner, the caretaker,
02:16winning a silver award for the Pearson National Teaching Award in the category of Unsung Hero.
02:24Mr Turner is so deserving of this award.
02:26From a school point of view, the second I walked in this building it has Mr Turner written all over it.
02:32He is the absolute definition of hero and as a school we want to sing and shout about it as much as possible.
02:39The school, I said to the staff this morning, the school really is a magical special place to learn, to work
02:45and a lot of that is down to Lee and everything that is about to come his way is thoroughly well deserved.
02:51A little bit of a shock but absolutely what a hero and thank you Lee.
02:57Thank you very much. It's certainly been a bit of a morning this morning
03:01but it's a pleasure to accept this award for such a beautiful school.
03:08Thank you so much.
