00:21the President said that we need to find a way to implement this.

00:28The DHSUD requested the issuance of a funding guarantee

00:32that will increase the support of the financial institutions of the government

00:37to support the program and encourage private banks and institutions to participate.

00:44The DHSUD also requested that the 4PH Bill be included as an urgent bill

00:50and that it be included in the priority measures in the upcoming State of the Nation Address next month.
