00:00How important is for your team today's stage and the fact of running this next-gen round with already well-known runners at the world level?

00:10For sure today's stage is very important for my company, for the sponsor, for the whole organization and I hope to be able to make a good result.

00:21While being here for the first time and running a next-gen round with already well-known runners is something that gives you great satisfaction.

00:56Daniel, it's written Victorious on your jersey. What went wrong yesterday and what can make you victorious today?

01:02Yesterday we weren't very lucky the last 500 meters because I got caught behind the crash in the roundabout so I couldn't do my best sprint.

01:10Surely I think the legs were good. With the team we lost a bit each other but I think today is a new day so we changed our mindset.

01:19We're going to throw all the cards today for the sprint to do the best result possible and we'll see how it goes under the finish line in Cremona.

01:29Are you frustrated about yesterday and what can you do today?

01:34I think yesterday was solid. Second is not too bad to lose against him but for sure we are not here to become second so we hope to do it better today.

01:44But still yesterday was a good day. Leader didn't went perfect but I think we have a good team for today also and we'll see.

01:55Fantastic top five yesterday in the sprint. Are you hoping for the same today or even better?

02:00Yes, today we are hoping that we will be really good in this stage because it's a stage for sprinters and my teammates are also looking for a good result.

02:12The team is waiting for a victory so for sure we will do it.

02:19You guys have a saying in French, never two without three. Is that right?

02:25I hope so. I believe in it so we will go to try to do everything for it.

02:33Normally it will be a burn sprint, a very flat stage. Normally again a bit of headwind at the end of the race so it will be again a hectic sprint.

02:42But we are again very motivated for it and let's hope for a victory.
