00:16A month before the 2024 Paris Olympics,
00:2015 Filipinos entered the so-called prestigious Olympics,
00:23including Paul Wolterstar, E.J. Obiena, and weightlifters Elrin Ando, Vanessa Sarno, and John Ceniza.
00:32Aside from this, some track stars will not be left out,
00:35who already did well in the 2024 Philippine Athletics Championships last May.
00:41One of the Olympic hopefuls is the Spanish-based hurdler John Cabang,
00:45who holds a national record in men's 110-meter hurdles.
00:48The 22-year-old athlete once again showed his strength after taking first place
00:53in the Atletismo Ciudad de Salamanca Memorial Carlos Gil Perez in Spain,
00:58where he recorded a time of 13.49 seconds.
01:02Cabang's current rank is at No. 28,
01:05while the top 40 athlete who will play in the Olympics will be selected.
01:09Meanwhile, Robin Brown's fight for Paris continues,
01:13following the victory he achieved in the Johnny Lauren Classic and Royal City Inferno Canada Bronze,
01:18where he finished first and second in the women's 400-meter hurdles.
01:23This fall, it is expected that one of the athletes who will enter the Paris Olympics will be selected.
