00:00 Why is this initiative so important?
00:04 This initiative is very important for IMSE because it reduces the barriers between administrations.
00:11 The relationship with the CDP for a project of a very important purpose is the signal of an open administration
00:20 for innovation together with other public and private subjects.
00:25 It is very important because it achieves a significant result.
00:31 500 flats, 500 apartments for the elderly,
00:36 which will allow them to grow old in an environment that allows them to combine independence with health care,
00:45 socialization and a series of complementary services that allow them to live a dignified life
00:53 outside of that hateful institutionalization that has caused a big problem for our 14 million elderly people.
01:02 But above all because this is the first model that can be replicated.
01:07 The IMSE heritage is very vast, so there is the potential to realize similar initiatives.
01:14 It is in the sense that the 33rd law of 2023, which finally deals with these 14 million elderly people,
01:26 imagining solutions that can bring benefits to the community, families and elderly people,
01:34 which are a very important part of our social structure.
01:38 It has even been a precursor to the 33rd law, because we have been managing the HCP model for years,
01:45 Home Care Premium, which is a project through which credit-based subscribers
01:52 who contribute 0.35% of their salary or 0.15% of their pension,
02:00 so it is not a project that is engraved on the state's cash registers, it is a mutualistic project.
02:05 These people who have a problem of not self-sufficiency, a serious or very serious disability,
02:14 are hired and have an economic contribution to manage the home care services
02:22 and at the same time have some complementary services in nature,
02:29 which are services that are needed to keep them active, to give relief to the management of the disabled,
02:41 to the families, for whom it is often an economic burden, but also of a very important dedicated time.
