Malaysia backs US proposal of ceasefire in Palestine, says PM

Malaysia supports the ceasefire initiative proposed by US President Joe Biden in collaboration with Qatar and Egypt, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Anwar announced that the Cabinet discussed this on Wednesday morning and the initiative aims for an immediate ceasefire and, ideally, a lasting peace and resolution to the long-standing conflict in the region.
