00:00When you're training here, our other fellow soldiers are at their various routine activities
00:09to enhance the security, allow the defence.
00:13Two, when you're training here, we have not forgotten that we are at our zone.

00:26That's how we dress when you're taking various fitness activities in KDF.
00:34So that in case of any attack, each and every one of us will take our rifle,
00:44you can see where we have mounted them, and fight the enemy.

00:52This is a Level 1 gym. It's one of the facilities we have allowed here.
00:58We have another one down there, Level 2 gym, and many others around here
01:05for each and every soldier to take part in fitness activity.
01:11In KDF, fitness is an ability to execute daily activity
01:19with optimal performance, endurance, and strength.
