An aide-de-camp (ADC) is arguably the closest person to the Head of State serving as a personal assistant to the President during official functions.However, a former ADC's attempt to go beyond the call of duty may have rubbed President Uhuru Kenyatta the wrong way earning the officer a scold from his boss.
