00:00Yeah, we'll watch it play out next Thursday and we do have a week to sort of get in the
00:07mode for NBA finals.
00:09But at the same time, we have some time to look back on some of these teams and where
00:12they might wind up next year.
00:13The Minnesota Timberwolves, for all intents and purposes, your coach had a very good season.
00:17They just ran into a buzzhole, two Superstar Hall of Fame players playing at the top of
00:21their game.
00:22Next year, should we be returning the same guys and run it back from Minnesota?
00:26Or is there a way for you that you feel that they can actually improve their team and maybe
00:30some changes could be on the horizon?
00:33I think the big thing to look at, guys, is the fact that I do believe Rudy Gobert is
00:37eligible to sign an extension at the end.
00:42What do you do if you're Minnesota?
00:44Do you commit big money to someone like Rudy Gobert?
00:48Do you look at the fact that Nas Reid has also two years, he's going to be in his last
00:51year with Steel next year.
00:52What do you do with Nas Reid?
00:54I think that's interesting.
00:56Kyle Slomo Anderson has been a good fit off the bench.
00:59I believe he is an unrestricted free agent.
01:02By the way, shout out to Slomo.
01:03That was the nickname at St. Anthony.
01:05But it'll be interesting to see what happens here.
01:08Can you run it?
01:10Yes.
01:11But you may have to extend, guys, which then means you're locked in long term, especially
01:15with three high-paid guys like Kat, Gobert, and Ant.
01:19Maybe someone could get moved.
01:22Minnesota 29 to 1, as you see, to win the Western Conference title before this year
01:27got underway.
01:28Tied for the eighth best price in the conference.
01:32So they exceeded expectation this year in the Twin Cities.
01:36And I think Anthony Edwards and Carl Anthony Towns, but mainly Ant, is going to use this
01:42experience and the disappointment in the WCF only for bigger and better things on the horizon.
