00:25 Before his departure speech, the President first spoke about the effects of the typhoon Agon.
00:31 The President said, "More than 12,000 families or more than 26,000 individuals were affected by the typhoon.

00:45 To help the families affected, President Marcos ordered the DSWD, DA and DOH to provide immediate assistance to those affected by the typhoon.
00:56 As of now, the President said he has already given the DSWD P1.35 million in humanitarian assistance.

01:11 President Marcos also urged the DPWH and DOTR to speed up the restoration efforts for those affected by the typhoon.

01:41 So as of now, our forces, our DSWD, our Coast Guard, our Search and Rescue, all of our assets can enter the area immediately because we are ready since the typhoon arrived.
02:00 From Brunei, President Marcos will head to Singapore for the 21st International Institute for Strategic Studies Dialogue.
02:08 It is a good opportunity to promote the position of the Philippines in terms of security and defense in the region, which is led by more than 40 countries.
