00:31According to the Giwan Eastern Samar, the highest heat index has been declared this March as 55 degrees Celsius.

00:43It's possible that there's no typhoon in Giwan, that's why it's so hot.

00:48When the typhoon passed, the sky cleared.

00:51The cloud formation was concentrated around the periphery of the typhoon.
