00:57Some of them even honk at the bus carousel.

01:08officials and government officials are not allowed to use honks, blinkers, and sirens on vehicles.

01:15The Land Transportation Office or LTO asked the public to report to them

01:20if there's a private vehicle or government vehicle that uses honks.

01:25The LTO can call the Action on the Spot hotline at 0929-292-0865.

01:32Online scammers who claim to be LTOs can also report to the hotline.
