00:32 We start from Fiera di Primiero and we arrive in Padova, so we go around the borders from Trentino to Veneto.
00:38 We make a sauce with chicken.
00:40 We start with fresh pasta bigoli.
00:42 We cooked the chicken in a fantastic aromatic broth for an hour and a half.
