00:27 Then you just wipe it all off.

00:37 Okay, that's as good as it's gonna get.
00:39 So, the next step for me is washing my face
00:43 with this amazing gel cleanser I've been using for...
00:47 seven years, probably. This is from Rene Rouleau.
00:49 It's just so light and natural. There's no fragrance.
00:52 It really works for my skin type.
00:54 So...
00:57 I do about a generous little pump.

01:11 Okay, so I just added water to my face,
01:14 and now this is actually my favorite part
01:16 of both my morning and nighttime routine --
01:18 my heated gua sha.
01:21 It's amazing.
01:22 And I do it with my cleanser on my face
01:24 because it makes it, like, slippery.
01:26 I used to do this with moisturizer,
01:27 but I felt like I ended up having it dry on my face,
01:29 and then it would get, like, mealy and pilly on my skin,
01:32 and it didn't work as well.
01:34 And I always start where, like, the lymph node is.
01:36 I feel the lymph node, and then I pull it down.
01:39 Who knows if that actually does anything?
01:41 I need to add more water to the other side.

01:52 I mentioned earlier,
01:54 I go to an amazing facialist, Sarah Ford,
01:56 and she has me on this face mask regimen
02:00 that is so interesting.
02:01 So it's actually three masks together.

02:06 I mix them all up in my palm of my hand.

02:12 Come up onto that.
02:15 There's no rhyme or reason here.

02:19 But it is my favorite mask.
02:23 Ends up looking like this really pretty green color
02:25 that is the color of a lot of walls in my house.

02:32 This is an interesting mask because it bubbles,
02:36 and I'm meant to rub it in to kind of stimulate my skin
02:41 and also get it really deep in my pores.

02:49 Now whatever's left on my hands,
02:50 I just bring into the rest of my face.

02:55 And then I leave this on for about 20 to 30 minutes.

03:25 So intimate.
03:26 So after my face mask, I kind of just go a little rogue,
03:29 whatever feels the most fun to me.
03:31 So right now I'm feeling quite parched in the lip department.
03:34 So I'm gonna put a little lip balm on.
03:36 I've been using this Sol de Janeiro Kiss Lip Butter for years.
03:42 It's always in my set bag on set.
03:43 It's just so nice on your lips, and it smells so good,
03:47 like vanilla and coconut or something.
03:51 Now that I'm all vanilla and coconut on my face,
03:54 I love hypochlorous acid.
03:57 This one is from Hydranity.
04:00 Again, I got this from Sarah for my facialist.
04:02 She was, like, changing my skin.

04:06 The sprayer is also really fine, so it just feels really lovely.
04:10 It does smell a little bit like pool water,
04:13 so I'm just warning you when you try it,
04:15 it's supposed to smell like that.
04:17 I love this.
04:18 I think Tower 28 also makes one of these as well that I like.
04:21 Next, and here's where it gets a little complicated.
04:24 I'd love to tell you what all of these things do,
04:26 but I don't know very well.
04:28 I just know that they really work for my skin.
04:30 So this is the Osmosis Stem Factor.
04:32 I've been using this for probably eight months or so now,
04:38 and I love it so much.
04:41 I don't really know what it does,
04:44 but, like, with this whole routine together,
04:46 I do genuinely notice a huge difference.
04:48 I do it every day.
04:50 Next in my skincare regimen is the Maestro from Skin Better.
04:55 I don't know what it does, but I like it.
04:57 Again, it's part of my overall skincare regime that works.
05:03 This one's a little trickier because it is yellow,
05:05 so if I don't rub it in enough,
05:07 I do have little yellow streaks on my face.
05:12 And while that's tacky, if I'm traveling --
05:15 I only do this if I'm traveling --
05:16 I use the Shield Recovery Balm from IS Clinical under my eyes.
05:20 I just find that my under eyes get really dry when I'm traveling.
05:26 Just a tiniest amount.
05:29 And I will usually carry it up when I let it spot.
05:34 Now that this is a little bit more dry,
05:37 I've been using this moisturizer for eight years.
05:40 This is the Hydro Boost Rescue Cream from René Rouleau.
05:43 I love this stuff.
05:46 I find that I need a thick moisturizer,
05:48 especially if I'm traveling.
05:49 And it's thick, but it's not comedogenic,
05:52 which is really important.
05:53 So if you have never looked into this stuff,
05:55 I am acne-prone,
05:58 and so I always look on Acne Clinic NYC, I think it's called,
06:02 and you can copy and paste the ingredients
06:04 from the product's website into this amazing website,
06:09 and it will tell you if the ingredients in it
06:11 are comedogenic or not.
06:12 And that's really important to me
06:13 because I do get clogged pores easily.
06:15 Some people don't have that problem,
06:16 so maybe that's not a tip for everyone,
06:18 but it's really changed my relationship with my skin.
06:21 Because I'm on the beginning of my press run right now,
06:24 I carry the René Rouleau Anti-Bump Solution with me.
06:27 This is really wonderful for someone like me
06:32 who gets cystic acne,
06:33 especially when I'm not sleeping as much
06:35 or there's a hormonal change in my body.
06:38 This is meant to be a spot treatment,
06:40 but I've been told by the creator herself
06:42 that you can use it on your face as a preventative measure.
06:46 So I actually put a tiny little bit
06:48 on the areas that I would typically get breakouts.
06:51 So on my chin,
06:54 and then I'll put, like, the teeniest bit on my forehead
06:57 because I don't usually get breakouts up there,
06:59 but you never know.
07:01 So now that I've done all of that,
07:05 I will put a thicker lip cream over it.
07:10 This one's from Fresh.
07:12 I really love having moisturized lips.
07:16 It kind of changes the game for me.
07:18 And lastly, I'd like to say that I do this every night,
07:22 but the reality is I don't actually know
07:25 if I give my hair the love it deserves every night.
07:28 But I brush through it first.
07:30 Oh, isn't that lovely?
07:33 I look so staticky right now.
07:35 Well, good thing this next thing
07:37 will get rid of all my static.
07:39 It's crazy.
07:41 Well, how fortuitous that I'm going to put hair oil in.

07:52 Honestly, any oil will do.
07:54 I don't feel like there's a difference
07:56 between putting any different kind of oil in my hair.
07:58 Olive oil, jojoba oil, hair oil, face oil,
08:00 kind of all does the same thing.
08:02 For me, my hair is very low-maintenance,
08:05 which is very wonderful.
08:07 So all I have to do is put stuff on the ends
08:10 to make sure that they don't split too much
08:12 because they go through a lot of heat in my job.
08:15 And then as long as I take good care of my ends of my hair,
08:18 my hair usually stays pretty healthy,
08:21 probably because I don't diet.
08:23 I imagine when I have to diet for a job one day,
08:25 it will become a little bit more high-maintenance,
08:27 but I'm okay with that.
08:29 Okay, that's it. That's my skincare routine.
