00:25 while the Justice Secretary and the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs

00:28 and the Secretary of State will form members.

00:31 Before this, President Marcos gave the importance of maintaining

00:37 the accomplishments of the United Nations for the Joint Program on Human Rights.

00:41 This is through the institutionalization of a solid and sound process

00:46 for the protection of human rights.
