00:00 The complaint against the POGO Scam Hub in Pasay was filed against the victims who were rescued by the scam in 2023.

00:09 The investigation is also being conducted by the Mayor of Bantan, Alice Guo, and other officials who are involved in the POGO Hub in the city.

00:23 One of the victims who were rescued by the POGO Scam Hub in Pasay was still alive and well.

00:32 Along with other Chinese POGO workers, they went to the Department of Justice to file a complaint of forced labor or slavery

00:40 against the Anti-Human Trafficking in Persons Law against seven Chinese who are running a smart web technology.

00:48 This is also the POGO who was found to have a prostitution and torture chamber.

00:53 They were taught by our foreign nationals, the witnesses, that they are torturing them.

01:00 There is a warrant from the People's Republic of China.

01:02 But of course, we will first finish their assunto here in the Philippines before we surrender them to China.

01:09 Eleven Chinese and Filipinos were also included in the complaint for their role in trafficking, fraud and violation of anti-dummy law.

01:17 They are the middle managers, team leaders, board members and incorporators of POGO.

01:23 Our incorporators are all Filipinos. We suspected that they were just dummies.

01:29 Because inside the nest, there are only Chinese and foreigners.

01:34 So they used themselves to become a dummy to hide the illegal operation inside.

01:39 The investigation is also ongoing.

01:41 The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission, or PAOC, is in consultation with Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo

01:47 and other officials of the local government regarding the Zuni 1 technology that was raided last March.

01:52 The DILG officer who arrived there said that they saw the possibility of administrative malpeasance and criminal liability

02:01 regarding the local government officials of Bamban.

02:05 PAOC Chairman and Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin has already accepted the investigation of the Department of Interior and local government.

02:13 It is within his power as Executive Secretary acting on the authority of the President to preventively suspend

02:19 any local government official pending investigation or ongoing investigation

02:24 or if there are cases of being raided against any local government officials.
