00:07Why did you open an Italian restaurant? What's the thinking behind it?
00:12Well we just like pizza and pasta and we believe we can do it a lot better than anything else.
00:19What do you cater for your customers? What's your dishes?
00:25Well we have a lot of ranges of pasta and pizzas with the original recipe let's say
00:33or more traditional Italian recipes. We try to have a bit of everything and as well for the vegans
00:42and for the normal eat-meaters.
00:49When did you open and how have people at Marley taken to you?
00:54Well we opened around one week ago. It's been first day it's been quiet but now the people
00:59start noticing us so they start coming in. They are quite happy all the reviews that we got was
01:07quite all right so. Have you opened it by yourself or are you in partnership with anyone else?
01:15I'm in partnership with my brother who was doing that together from the beginning.
01:20He's in the kitchen, he's the chef and we kind of trust each other and
01:27he had a lot of experience in the kitchen so that make us open an Italian restaurant.
01:34So you've had a background of hospitality in the past?
01:37Well yes I was working in the kitchen around four or five years as a chef
01:42but the kitchen is not my calling to be honest.
