00:04Oh yes, I commute in on the train which generally speaking seems to run on time and what have you

00:11but what I found most frustrating this week has been the slippy slabs on Howard Hill and outside

00:18the railway station. It's an absolute death trap at the minute so yeah, even Britain doesn't seem

00:24to solve it. That's my big frustration this week.

00:34Just that the roads are not always cleared. I live in a part of Drumfield which is northeast

00:40Derbyshire but very close to the Sheffield border and getting through from there into Sheffield

00:47is very difficult. The roads aren't gritted very often and they're just not cleared.

00:54The pathways are just as dangerous if not more than the roads

01:00so I do feel for people who are sort of unsteady on their feet.

01:05What do you find most frustrating when it snows?

01:09Yeah, I think the ability to be able to get about and making sure that the

01:13roads are clear on time, the pavements are cleared and making sure that people are safe.

01:21Safe to travel, safe to walk. I see that in A&E there's record numbers of people having fallen

01:27due to slipping on snow and ice.

01:36Eh, again that's a difficult one because I think one of the frustrating things is I

01:42think the neighbourhood should get a wee bit more proactive. Like where I live the streets aren't

01:47very good. I think people shouldn't be afraid to come out with a shovel and shovel away the snow

01:51themselves. I think there's too many people who say things that they should have gritted this,

01:55they should have gritted that. Just get out with a shovel and do it yourself mate. That's my attitude.
