00:34That's what President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. is looking for

00:37to speed up the implementation of the projects.

00:40Under his Executive Order No. 59,

00:43Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ordered to expand and update the country's infrastructure

00:50for economic or for economic transformation.

00:53According to President Marcos,

00:54there are 185 infrastructure flagship projects approved by the NEDA.

01:00The Executive Order No. 59 is for all national government agencies

01:04including the Government-Owned or Controlled Corporation

01:07and other government instrumentalities, LGUs, and others.

01:11The Executive Order No. 59 also ordered to streamline the requirements for IFPs.

01:18The President also directed to form an Inter-Agency Coordinating Council

01:22for the master list of all state-owned land.

01:26This is to ensure proper use of state-owned land or government land.

01:32According to President Marcos,

01:34this project is expected to be implemented in the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028.

01:45passed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.

01:51of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources

01:55and Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development
