Police are on the look out for three men who allegedly splashed red paint at a nasi kandar outlet in Taman Machang Bubok, Bukit Mertajam.
The incident happened at 3.03am on April 25th at a two-story shoplot that has yet to be operational.
Anyone with information are urged to contact the nearest police station.
