00:07 I'm going to toss it to Fernando first to get his thoughts on what he saw in Hard Knocks

00:14 I was really interested with Justin Herbert.
00:17 The way they showed, again, him throwing the football and the way he was making some good
00:22 passes, but then, Anthony, there was a teachable moment, as we all need.
00:26 Anthony Lynn tells him, "Hey, your snap count," because he would go up and he'd go, "Green
00:32 80," or he'd go, "Green 80."
00:34 They knew the difference between a run and a pass.
00:37 He's like, "Dude, if you're going to go soft, go soft.
00:41 If you're going to go loud, go loud for both."
00:43 I thought that was pretty interesting.
00:45 Darius Bradwell, running back, I guess in a week he gained a little bit of weight.
00:50 Anthony's like, "Dude, what are you doing?"
00:52 He's like, "I'm in the team hotel just hanging out."
00:55 He's like, "Okay, it's understandable.
00:57 We need to get your weight down."
00:58 That to me told me, Anthony Lynn being a former running back, that he cares, that he knows
01:02 that this kid has talent and he could possibly make the team.
01:06 Anthony admitted, he's like, "Without the four preseason games, we wouldn't have known
01:08 who Austin Echler is."
01:10 Now they have to be even more keen on who has talent, who can make the team, who can
01:15 make a difference for this team.
01:17 I thought that was pretty interesting.
01:19 Without any preseason games, we got to game a cornhole.

01:37 I talked about wanting to see more football in last week's video.

01:41 Got to see him on the field and working.
01:43 Really again, McVay's energy and how he interacts with players.
01:47 Tempo was one word that I think that they really focused on, harped on.
01:50 He wanted those guys going fast-paced and then to avoid mistakes.
01:54 Obviously, the team that makes the most mistakes is probably going to pay in terms of the regular
01:59 season so he really wants those guys to minimize the mistakes during practice.
02:03 I thought we also got to see a different side of a couple different players.
02:07 Jalen Ramsey went house hunting.
02:09 He's the one that obviously is going through the contract negotiations so you got to see
02:12 a different side of Jalen.
02:13 Got to see Jared Goff playing some golf at his place.
02:16 I thought that was cool.
02:17 And Andrew Whitworth at his place and talking about him, how his family had to deal with
02:21 the COVID when they're all catching it before the training camp starts.
02:27 But I think that for the most part was what stood out.
02:30 Obviously, the rookies are going to have to work through some things with the Rams, learning
02:33 a new system in a short amount of time.
02:36 I think that will continue to be the focus and hopefully football will continue to be
02:39 the focus as well.
