00:03 Duke wasn't really, they didn't really pride themselves on running the QB.
00:08 They wanted to get the balls, the touches on the backs a lot.
00:11 So the game plan was totally different going this week compared to Virginia last

00:16 We focused more on their stretch game, their inside zone and
00:19 their counter rather than a QB run game.
00:21 I think we planned it pretty well for not preparing for it all week and
00:28 them not using it all season in their scheme.
00:31 So yeah, I think we did pretty good.
00:34 He was running a couple times on the drive when we had him backed up, but
00:36 we were able to get off the field and not give up any points.

00:42 Well, I can't speak for everybody, but the first thing that goes in my mind is when
00:46 we start getting up on a team, maybe by a touchdown or two or even three is,
00:50 I started looking at their scheme.
00:51 Their scheme starts to change a lot.
00:54 I mean, we've seen empty a lot from them in this game.
00:56 That's something we didn't really expect to see from them at all,
01:01 cuz they haven't showed it at all throughout the season except late in
01:04 the games for two minute offense.
01:06 So for me, it was just looking to see what they were gonna come out in since we
01:11 were up by a couple of touchdowns and what they went to was empty and
01:14 we just went to our empty check and played it like that.
01:16 I mean, it was kinda just like the same situation as the Florida State game.
01:23 I mean, we lose on the way at eight o'clock and we come back home and
01:27 we face a rival like we played NC State.
01:30 And now we lost the eight o'clock late game.
01:32 Now we come back and we play at 12 o'clock and we face another rival team.
01:36 So I think the importance was important
01:41 throughout the week because we're coming to face a rival team.
01:47 And I think that's something that everybody took seriously throughout
01:51 the week.
01:52 We buried Virginia on Sunday and I think we did a good job of putting it away on
01:56 Sunday and getting ready for Duke.
01:58 I wouldn't necessarily say that cuz since I've been here,
02:03 I've lost two times to them.
02:04 So personally, I can't say it.
02:06 I'm two and two with them right now.
02:07 So I'm just glad that we could get the seniors another win in a row for
02:12 them and hopefully continue to streak.
