00:00 The MMDA continues to block e-trike and e-bikes that pass through the highways in Metro Manila, but not to stop and impound.

00:09 How did the former residents stop the president from stopping their impound?

00:14 Oscar Oida was shocked.

00:16 Yesterday, the MMDAs were almost able to stop the ban on e-bikes and e-trikes on the main roads.

00:27 Earlier, it seemed that the wind was blowing differently.

00:31 Instead of stopping or impounding, they were just made to worry.

00:37 According to the directive of President Bongbong Marcos,

00:40 the ban on e-bikes and e-trikes should be suspended first.

00:46 It should not be done first because some people don't know about it.

00:50 They are just caught suddenly.

00:54 We can prepare for the next one if someone gets caught. We know what to do.

00:58 But the MMDAs are still saying,

01:00 We are still not allowed to pass through our major roads like Arthur.

01:04 The ban on e-bikes and e-trikes was suspended and the impound was still in effect.

01:10 One, inform them of the regulations that say they are not allowed.

01:16 Two, tell them where the alternative routes are.

01:20 Three, comply with the LTO regulations regarding registration of this kind of vehicle and obtaining a license.

01:30 And if they are already set, but they still insist on passing through the major roads in Metro Manila.

01:36 There are other laws that can be applied like disobedience to the person in authority.

01:42 Driving without license or disregarding traffic signs.

01:50 The initial ticket of more than 200 arrests was studied on how to cancel it before the President's directive.

01:58 The same will be done for the 70 impound.
