00:11 According to the Philippine Statistics Authority or PSA,

00:15 the number of Filipinos who lost their jobs or are unemployed has increased.

00:19 One of the most affected is the agriculture sector.

00:25 following the effects of the El Niño pandemic.

00:39 to 2.9 million Filipinos or 3.9%.
