Hindi hinarang pero binuntutan pa rin ng China Coast Guard ang mga barko ng Pilipinas na nagkasa ng hydrographic survey sa bahagi ng West Philippine Sea. Giit ng Philippine Coast Guard, paglabag pa rin ito sa karapatan ng Pilipinas sa ating exclusive economic zone.

00:00 The Philippine Coast Guard did not hesitate to block the ships that conducted a hydrographic survey in the West Philippine Sea.

00:12 The Philippine Coast Guard's gate is still against the Philippines' right to our exclusive economic zone.

00:25 The Philippine Coast Guard was able to capture the Chinese Coast Guard Ship 5303 near their BRP Gabriela Silang

00:33 and the research vessel BRP Ventura of the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority or NAMRIA yesterday.

00:40 While the NAMRIA was conducting a hydrographic survey inside the Philippines' exclusive economic zone or EEZ,

00:48 it has 35 nautical miles from the town of Bolinao, Pangasinan.

00:52 It was called a blockade by the security analyst Ray Powell.

00:56 But according to the National Task Force on the West Philippine Sea, it was not a blockade but a blockade.
